Stayed Sep 4, 2025Great condo, everything as advertised. The location is fantastic as it super close to shopping and many restaurants. The check in was smooth and all questions were covered in the house manual. The property very clean and was well stocked with everything you might need and the beds were very comfortable.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025A comfortable apartment that met our needs while competing in the National Senior Games. The three flights of stairs could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The surrounding area is very nice, quiet and convenient to restaurants and stores. Wi-Fi access is easy and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment.

Stayed Feb 19, 2025This property is well-cared for and well provided. Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, including several spices. Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. Third-floor balcony looks out north, which is a plus in hot summer months. Had an issue with HVAC which the managers fixed immediately—they were very responsive and easy to work with. Neighborhood is upscale and modern. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy drive. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Second stay at this property this year. We will book here again for our next visit to the Des Moines area. Very clean and quiet with access to a gym and pool as well as very convenient to area attractions and shopping.

It has everything that we needed during our stay. This was like staying at home. We will definitely come back to this place when we go to Des Moines in the future.
