Located on the first floor, it comprises a pleasant 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a private garden of around 150 m². The flat is ideally located in Roscoff, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).

- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 180 km away
