Welcome to The Canopy Studio, a warm and grounded retreat where deep forest tones meet clean, minimal design. Rich earthy greens, natural textures, and soft light create a space that feels both intentional and deeply restful — like stepping into the calm of the outdoors without leaving the city.

Located just two blocks from Aggieville, you`re a short walk from local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques, then back to a quiet, design-forward studio that actually helps you decompress.

While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock the sliding door when you leave the condo.

No smoking/vaping/420 inside the unit or on the patio where it would disturb other tenants.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $50 for every half hour they have not checked out.

No Glitter, Confetti, Silly String or similar items used in house or on property.

Please only flush toilet paper; all other items—including `flushable` wipes, paper towels, and feminine products—must go in the trash. Other items flushed that result in requiring a plumber will be billed to the guest.
