The Burg's Nest | Brand New Luxury Suite

The advertisement of the property was very accurate. The only downside was the pullout sofa bed. It was not comfortable and was not leveled. New sofa bed needed but that was the only downside. The king bed sleep like a dream.

Really nice small property we stayed in for a 3 evening journey to Fredericksburg. We chose to stay here vs. a local hotel as we were in the middle of a 2 week driving journey and having the washer / dryer really helped logistics. We were both very happy with the decision. The condo itself was very nice - very clean, really comfortable king bed and a well equipped kitchen that had all of the normal basics needed to support a few days. The patio outside is very small but we really enjoyed it, sitting outside each morning (prior to the heat of the day) and late evening. Ease of check-in and check-out along with communication with the host was exceptional - everything was made to be very easy which is helpful as part of the longer overall trip. Lot's of small touches in additon to the normal basics - things like coffee creamer and a few drinks waiting in the fridge when we arrived - and many others. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and will definitely check back here again for future stays - in fact we've already booked the adjacent condo (run by same host) for our next visit in 6 weeks. We both highly recommend for anyone wanting an upgrade from a normal hotel stay.

Great place to stay in Fredericksburg!

This is a beautiful property with a perfect location and easy access. Loved the patio area. It was nice and quiet and so so clean. Just perfect for two people. Only issue was the small fan in the bedroom. It was filthy. I’m sure it was just an oversight. We normally sleep with a fan on. I have severe asthma and we couldn’t use it. Not a big deal. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect cozy place for a couples getaway. Clean and comfortable, from the king size bed to the living area. Extra blankets available if you get cold. Shower had a seat, making it easy to shave my legs. If you are a tall person you will love that the shower head is high; no bending down to wash your hair. We didn’t cook but appeared to have everything one would need to cook. It was a very quiet property, the backyard was quaint and had a small grill available. Nice area to sit and soak up the warmth of the sun. Easy door lock, no issues locking or unlocking. Loved that they had a variety of magazines and brochures from not only Fredericksburg but surrounding towns, we were able to add activities, day trips with the information from these. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the Burgs Nest, the time we did spend there was pleasant. We would absolutely return.

Check-in was easy, the property was impeccably clean, and it had everything we needed for a seamless stay. The extra details truly did not go unnoticed. The home is very well managed, in a great location, and felt extremely safe and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

This was in a great location, not too far from downtown. It was very clean, decorated super cute for Christmas. Loved the little extras of coffee, creamer, blankets, fan and sound machine for a great night sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time at the Burg’s Nest. It is so cute and welcoming. Also stocked with great snacks! These luxury suites are more like one bedroom homes with all the amenities. We decided to extend our stay a day and our previous rental was booked and so happy the Burgs were able to accommodate us for the one night. Cutest place ever and so close to all the main things right in town!

The location is perfect to town and other local venues! New build. The owner has stocked everything you could ever want to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Very clean! Would give this a 15 out 10.

Everything from pre-arrival communication to help with check-in...to small cozy/quaint touches of the vrbo- everything made this a go-to 5star stay and place to revisit. Loved the blankets available by the couch, the available tv apps, the plethora of kitchen & bathroom accomodatioms. Everything well thought out (even needed touches for washing clothes during your stay and playing patio games). Location is perfect quick access to everything from restaurants to vinyards. So very pleased to experience & use this vrbo for our quick stay.

Where do I start. The check in process was seamless. Property very clean and lawn well manicured. The unit is very new, chic farmhouse decor gave it a luxury yet comfy feel. The host very responsive. I will be staying there again.

The property is located in a very nice place the property is very well kept except this time when we walked in there was some slats on the bedroom window there were broken we called the people and they apologize and said the people that were there before us we're a little rough so they probably just didn't notice it when they were cleaning up before we got there but we really like staying there and we'll be back again thank you all so much

The Burgs Nest was a delight. Every thing needed was thought of for our use and convenience. Would definitely stay here again. Only respectful suggestion would be grab bar in shower on wall across from shower door. Thanks for making our getaway very enjoyable!

The ‘Burg’s Nest was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Fredericksburg! From the moment you walk in, the decor just settles you and makes you feel comfy and cared for! The layout is perfect, with everything you need and the mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. And the backyard was so wonderful, we sat out and drank a glass of wine at the end of a day of shopping. We will definitely be back!

Bathroom was definitely barely cleaned, there was hair all in the shower and on the floors which is gross. BUT overall super cute and great place. Bed was comfy too

We took a quick weekend trip to F’Burg and found this on VRBO. It was such a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Very tastefully decorated and so close to town. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This place blew us away. Best rental we’ve ever stayed in. We’re already planning our return! Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and endless thoughtful touches (snacks, welcome music, coffee & nice creamer, bottle of wine, Tylenol, on and on). Absolutely amazing and stunning property. Extremely clean, very cozy, little touches everywhere that meant so much. Great snacks and an unexpected bottle of wine. We will never stay anywhere else but here when we are in Fredericksburg. It almost makes me want to go back just so we can stay here again!! We had one little issue that was not on our property, but was on an adjoining property. Our owner drove up from San Antonio to address it immediately, and was so gracious. Never before have we been treated so well by VRBO !! You have to stay here!

The place was exactly as pictured down to the details. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a very luxurious, modern feel. It made the stay very stress-free, comfortable, and cozy. The checkin process was super easy, and the location was great for easy and quick travel to main street. I would definitely book again.
