Stayed Jul 2, 2025Check in was a problem and took a call to VRBO customer service. Although the picture is waterfront, the water is only accessed down a steep 30 foot hill. Front porch was too dusty and cobwebby to sit. The interior smelled of mildew the entire 3 days, even though we left the AC on. No pots in the kitchen only one 8 inch skillet. Bathtub is very tall with no footstool for shorter people. Not a canoe/ fishing cabin nor a romantic cabin. Extra fees are very high considering limited amenities and no thoughtfulness inside. Extremely cramped, uninviting kitchen. Lots of brochures which was nice although coupons outdated to 2018. It was very clean.

Stayed May 19, 2023Property was clean and cozy. Also a great location to stay for the Highball to Thurmond Ultras. Host was great with communication and very accommodating. Great value for nice little spot by the river.
