Perfectly situated near beaches, local cafés, restaurants, and shops, this retreat offers the ideal balance of relaxation and convenience while exploring South Florida.

Contactless and keyless entry via KEYPAD. It’s the front apartment which would seem like the entire house- very private. Right in front is parking for 2-3 cars or a RV.

My mobile # is available to my guest and I’m happy to provide anything needed, upon request, if able.

General Rules

* Please respect the property, furnishings, décor, and neighbors at all times.
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM out of respect for the neighborhood.
* Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Strict No Smoking Policy

* No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or near open doors/windows.
* Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning/deodorizing fees.
* Please dispose of cigarette butts properly if smoking outdoors.

No Parties or Events

* Parties, events, gatherings, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
* Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Care of the Property

* Please avoid eating or drinking in beds or on delicate furnishings.
* Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.
* Report any accidental damages immediately so we can address them promptly.

Cleanliness

* Please leave the home in reasonable condition upon checkout.
* Wash used dishes or start the dishwasher before departure.
* Place trash in designated bins.

Safety

* No illegal substances or unlawful activity permitted on the property.
* Children should be supervised at all times.
* Please do not tamper with safety devices, smoke detectors, or exterior security equipment.

Check-Out

* Please follow checkout instructions provided before departure.
* Late checkout requests must be approved in advance.
