What an amazing Oasis!! This property has everything you’ll need. Such considerate hosts, you won’t be disappointed. Jeff and Lynne have a real gem here. The rum cakes are so delicious.

We love staying here while on vacation in Florida, it is such a beautiful and well maintained property. We enjoy sitting around the awesome pool and the peace and quiet that this property offers. We have been staying here for the last three years and are looking forward to many more stays, hopefully. Lynne and Jeff always make you feel welcome and are great hosts. What a great place to stay! I've been in a number of VRBO properties but none that had the amount of nice touches that this property offers. Coffee and tea? Check, and a variety of them. Creamers? Yep, and an assortment of flavors there, too. Some nice snacks were provided, as well as a restaurant coupon (that ended up being our favorite restaurant of the trip). The bathroom had any and every amenity you could possibly need, as well as thoughtfully providing for items you might have forgotten at home.The hosts were pleasant and responsive, and the unit (the Blue Room) was very clean, and felt extremely private. The nice little kitchenette, was perfect for coffee and a light breakfast before starting the day, or a glass of wine with some charcuterie at the end of the day.The location is fantastic for its close proximity to the beaches, without getting mired in their daily traffic jams and death-defying pedestrian crossings. And it's an easy area from which to get anywhere around the metro.

This is our second time staying in the Blue Room and it won’t be our last! This is one of the best VRBO stays we’ve had. It is such a quiet paradise. A beautiful setting with everything you need. So clean too!

This is our second stay here at this VRBO. It is once again the absolute best places to go with easy access to the beach. The VRBO is super clean and Lynne is a great host who makes sure your stay is comfortable and perfect. Would stay here 1000 times over highly recommend!!

The hospitality was phenomenal!! Had a great time with friends. The rooms were equipped with everything needed. Clean. The pool and the grounds were amazing! Love the “adults only” vibe and didn’t have to worry about other guests arriving with kids. Close enough to grocery store and beach! Not a single negative thing to say!

The pictures showing the property don't do it justice. The suite was extremely clean, nice decor and was stocked with everything you may need. And definitely try and buy the Rum Cake. Delicious! Lynn was a fantastic host.

What a lovely place. We stayed two nights in yhe Blue Room, but wished we could have stayed longer. The room was immaculate, had all the amenities of home with no small detail left out. We eere greeted by two rum cake slices. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, spacious, and had all the needed accessories and more - even a pair of reading hlasses just in case you gorgot your own. We highly tecommend this spot. There os a lovely pool, fire pits, and frienfly people. You can’t go wrong here!

The facility was nice and private. The room was clean and gave us everything we needed for a weeks stay. We enjoyed just sitting around the pool or the fireplace area. It was minutes from the beaches and any eating place that we wanted to try out. The owners were really nice and accommodating. We would recommend anyone to try it out.

Our first time and the accommodations were perfect for us. Greatness is in the details; having shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion (even reading glasses if you need them!!). Sitting outside with the beautiful landscaping. Comfortable bed and relaxing next to the pool. Very unique setup that we would visit again.

Needed a short term location and this was available Location is fine but somewhat off the main roads but this does give it a very quite and peaceful location Hosts are quick to respond and their place is very inviting The bed could be a bit better but that is also a personal choice

This was a perfect experience! The accommodations were exactly what was needed, tucked away in a cozy little tropical paradise and absolutely spotless. It’s also a great central location for accessing everything up and down the gulf. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was awesome! It was obvious our host Lynne wanted to provide the experience she would want to have when traveling and her loving attention to details shines through! Thank you!
