OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Please note that this unit is located on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator, so guests will need to use the stairs for access.

Access to the rooftop sky deck also requires climbing an additional set of stairs and entering through a skylight exit.

PARKING:
You may park along the street directly in front of the building, where available. There is plenty of free street parking available directly in front the building.

HOUSE RULES:

✰ No smoking in-unit (a $500 fee applies).
✰ No parties allowed (a $1000 fee applies for any evidence of parties).
✰ Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
✰ Pets are allowed. A pet fee may apply.
✰ Respect common areas and report any damage immediately.
✰ Do not mail packages to the property if your stay is less than 25 days.
