Deposit
A refundable 500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)

• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you

    We had a most enjoyable stay. The property lived up to expectations but unfortunately the property is getting a little tired and could have been a little cleaner.

    Gorgeous penthouse. Just as pictured and described. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. House well equipped with everything we needed. Great location close to everything in Huski. Responsive and accommodating property management with easy check in / out process.

    The penthouse was very well situated (close to main shops) with an ocean view. It was very well appointed and clean. The apartment included two underground secure car parking. The team at Oz Realty were always prompt and helpful with all communication. I thoroughly recommend this apartment
