Stayed Mar 14, 2026We had another great time at this beautiful place. We had everything we needed, pool, grill, laundry, beautiful view and only steps away from the gulf. The place is very clean, stocked with everything you need to cook and grill if you want to. Full size fridge stove and dishwasher. We will definitely be back next year.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025The place was a lot better than I expected from the photos… The view was Amazing, the water was so blue and beautiful.. it was like paradise.. free laundry directly across the hall was a plus.. the unit is larger in person and was plenty of room for us 3.. could easily sleep 4. Comfortable bed, relaxing atmosphere.. definitely want to stay again..

Stayed May 28, 2025We loved everything about this. Will definitely be back. Very peaceful and quiet and only steps away from the beach. We were lucky enough to see manatees during our stay that stayed for awhile giving everyone quiet the show. Dolphins were another exciting thing to see and all this right from our patio view. This will be a place we will visit every chance we get.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025Annette's place is lovely and you couldn't ask for a closer beach location - right out the door! While there is still some hurricane damage to the landscaping, it just brought the beach even closer to the unit! There were always beach chairs and umbrellas available and the beach was not at all crowded. The unit was well equipped wiwith everything we needed and the Publix is one easy mile down the road for shopping. Great stay, we will come again!TBeachumbrella

Stayed Aug 9, 2024First trip to AMI/Long Boat Key. Beautiful condo, less than 150-200’ from beachfront. Room was exactly as described and was perfect for myself and two daughters. The check in process was extremely easy, and communication with property owner was very clear and timely. I would definitely stay at this property over and over again. Note: beach chairs were provided on first come/first serve basis. A few community beach umbrellas were available also.
