This spacious one-bedroom apartment makes it easy to walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, cafes, and the University of San Diego. Mission Bay, Fiesta Island, Sea World, and Old Town are a little over 1 mile away. Enjoy the Sea World fireworks show most nights from the sidewalk out front. This newly renovated apartment is a private first floor space with one bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen isfully equipped with appliances and any cooking utensils you may need. The kitchen table seats 4 and can also be used as a desk space. The full bathroom has a tub and shower. The bedroom has a very comfortable California king size bed. The relaxing living room includes a large screen tv, puzzles, games, and a sofa sleeper which can sleep two. Enjoy the newly remodeled outdoor patio! One parking space is included with ample street parking available as well.

Michelle was very communicative which made the experience great! The place was clinically cleaned upon arrival and everything worked as expected. Close walk to USD and shops at the bottom of the hill. Would highly recommend!

Was as advertised, very clean, had a wonderful bed. The bed in living room wasn't comfortable for two adults, and needed a comforter. There was an issue with fluctuating water temperature in the shower, not good for seniors or children.Needed more toilet paper and more paper towels, etc for a week. We also needed more light in living room and bedrooms , but we are super seniors. I loved my morning coffee in the sun on the tiny patio.

Good location, close to everything you could want. Everything in the apartment worked as designed. Easy to communicate with property owner. Quiet complex. We would definitely stay here again.
