Great stay in a very convenient location.

The location of this rental was excellent !! Only minutes from Manitou Sorings and Garden of the Gods . The driveway was a bit tricky and steep . There are renters in the bottom level with a barking dog but all in all was a good experience . Good communication with the owners .

After an unexpected snow storm we were pleased to find this nice quite place waiting for our arrival. Our host was quick to respond with internet issues and all was resolved. Both check in and check out were smooth as well.

The most important to me with any stay is whether I sleep well. The beds were comfortable and the setting quiet—I slept very well! Oh, and a hot tub soak under the full moon was delightful. I would def recommend Jonathon’s apartment. Thank you!

This property is very clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. The host was very helpful and responsive. Be advised that there are downstairs neighbors who are touchy about footsteps.

This property is attractive and well-equipped, but beware the downstairs tenants are not friendly. There are multiple messages (one of which was left outside by the neighbors) warning guests that 10 pm to 8 am is quiet time and informing us that every footstep can be heard. Those messages along with the cameras facing the hot tub made us feel uncomfortably monitored. At one point, my teenage son got out of bed too loudly to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the neighbors started pounding on our floor, waking us up. Note: There is zero carpeting in his room, so the owners have done little to solve this problem on their end. Overall, I would not return and I can’t recommend this apartment.

Our stay was fantastic. The hot tub was the best part, but everything else was fantastic as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, beds were comfy, sheets were super soft and warm, and the whole apartment was super clean and cozy. Will definitely come back to this property in the future!

Our stay was overall very nice. There were plenty of amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing we were disappointed about was that the downstairs tenants did not leave us any room to park. According to the check-in instructions, we were allowed to park on the deck side of the entrance, but the downstairs tenants were taking up all the space on purpose it seemed. It’s not dramatic, but a bit annoying, especially since I have a hurt hip and the entrance is very steep to walk up.

Great place to stay in Colorado Springs. Very clean and great location. Definitely would stay here again if returning to the Springs.

The home was quite comfortable and very quiet at nighttime.The view was pleasant and the hot tub was clean and quite conveniently close the entrance.An older woman had a bit of a challenge walking up the steep driveway to the stairs, but was fine once she got settled. I would certainly rebook!

Our experience was terrific! Everything was exactly the way it was described. The host was great to deal with and exceeded expectations. The hot tub was clean and functioned perfectly. It provided for relaxing evenings after long days of hiking and outdoor fun.

Place was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing! Driveway and stairs are steep and were hard for my older mom to maneuver, but no problem for me. I would absolutely stay again! Fun deer off front porch.

I loved the location. The hot tub was amazing and the little seating area was the best especially for morning coffee. Can't beat the view and the short distance from all the amazing sites!!! Will stay here again 1000%!!! I also love that therr was free and clear detergent available especially because I am highly sensitive to frangrances in detergents.

Apartment and hot tub were very clean! View from the hot tub was amazing! Full kitchen was so nice with all utensils and gadgets necessary! Be aware you need to be very quiet around 9 PM-7 AM because this is the top floor with tenants below. Certain windows also didn’t seem to close all the way or lock, meaning you will hear any little outside noise with a busy main road close by.

This apartment was well maintained, clean, and very well appointed. We used it as a home base for activities and sightseeing nearby. It is also convenient to many restaurants and breweries. It is well-equipped to prepare all your meals there if desired. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

The property was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we ran into was the hot tub was not usable, it did not smell well, and that is what attracted us to this VRBO. Also, the lighting going up into the apartment wasn't great at dark. There is a very steep driveway, we are glad we drove pickups.

This property is very close to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Beds were comfortable. It was a bonus that we had access to a washer/dryer. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The hot tub was great at night, dark enough skies to star gaze. We street parked as the drive way is quite steep. The one night we parked and there was a person sitting on the curb across the street from us, presuming homeless. Grocery store is less than a mile away. If pillows were replaced and ceiling air vents cleaned, this would be perfect.

Just stayed one night while visiting Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. Good central location for visiting both locations. Apartment was clean and perfect for our family of four.

Location was perfect and centrally located to everything we wanted to do! The bed was super comfortable and the place had everything we needed. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking and the book with all of the instructions and recommendations was amazing! 10/10 would recommend staying here and if we ever come back in the future I would book again.

Clean, nice place to stay. Hot tub was wonderful with the Mountain View. Easy check in/out process. Location was close to a bunch of tourists attractions which was nice, but going out to my car at night I felt a little sketched out. People running up and down the streets etc. Overall we will be booking here again in the future.

We wanted something close to all the sites we wanted to see while on Spring Break. This place was perfect. Walking distance to stables to ride horses to Garden of the Gods. Very short driving distances to everything else. We soaked in the hot tub every night after walking and climbing miles.

The apartment was absolutely perfect - the check in and check process was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfy. They provided lots of little details to make it feel welcoming and homey - plenty of towels, little snacks, filled brita and ice cube trays, lots of information and suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The hot tub was easy to work and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!!

Family came down from Denver for daughter's birthday weekend. Clean, already hot, hot tub was big hit with our kids. Great view towards foothills. Two comfy beds inside, everything else you could want in bathroom and kitchen. Quiet location but very near Garden of Gods and downtown Manitou Springs. Highly recommend

I had clear instructions to check in. They were always responsive to messages. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware and some spices (salt, pepper, etc.), so you don't have to buy those which is always nice Although we didn't play any games, plenty are available in the closet, as well as some reading material. This home is very centrally located and so close to Garden of the Gods that we were able to catch a sunset and a sunrise. We had a rental car, and anything we wanted to get to was no more than 15 minutes away. We did go to the Royal Gorge (which was about an hour away), but we quickly got to and from anything we wanted to participate in. The bedrooms are very comfortable; the bed we slept in (with a yellow chest) was super soft—we might want to get one for ourselves back home! The hot tub was amazing and has a great view. We were able to enjoy it multiple evenings. We also woke up every morning to lots of deer! Would come back and stay again!

Everything about this house was perfect. The hot tub on the deck was fantastic. The rooms were nice size and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very cozy and inviting.
