This apartment was perfect for us, and is in a GREAT location. There's a grocery store nearby and a mini mart across the street. Tons of great restaurants within a short (15 min) walking distance. The building has an elevator, which is great. Would definitely stay there again. We had a great time.

Anastasia made the check in process easy. The property is comfortable and the photos are accurate. It is very close to the metro, taxi stand, and many restaurants. The apartment is one floor up but there is a small elevator if needed.

Really enjoyed our stay. It is on the second floor but there are elevators. Our kids loved this place because they felt it was very modern. There is no parking except for street parking. But we were able to find something for 3 days.

Stayed in March 2024 and had a wonderful time! 5 ladies from USA. Great location and host very helpful. Not a lot of space to sit but it was fine. Beds very comfortable. Would be nice to put up mirror in the bedrooms but that was a minor thing. A nice place!

We felt like we were living as the people Rome do. Vibrant neighborhood, very convenient, charming and safe. Great restaurants within a block, grocery a short walk away. Loved the experience of this neighborhood and its proximity to sights. The apartment was great for 6 adult family members and would be great for kids as well. My husband is in poor health, and our manager was so kind in referring us to the right clinic and helping us with clean linens. My husband recovered walk, and thanks toNathalie felt good enough for two sight seeing tours before we left, thank you so much Nathalie and Romac!

The property is not newly renovated. No place to sit. Very small even for 2 people. TVs didn’t work. Fantastic location though. Great neighborhood.

This seemed to be a sleepy, quiet, but safe neighborhood. Bedding was more what I would expect from a hotel than a VRBO (that is a good thing in my mind). Evenings and nights were quiet and we could hear rain falling outside. Our four children had their own beds. The washing machine worked fine, although, this is Europe, so there was no dryer, just a small drying rack. We didn’t use the oven or stove because we had lunch or dinner elsewhere. We had bad luck when we had dinner around the corner and stuck to guide books and recommendations after that. But for gelato, Come il Latte was a nice place in the neighborhood.

Close from anywhere you need to be in Rome. We loved the apartment.
