Easy access. Good communication. Would recommend and stay there again!

Close to downtown Independence, great stay for a Chiefs game! Plenty of space for family to stay comfortably and positive communication with owner. I can tell they try really hard to gove good guest experience which was greatly appreciated.

The place was nice and clean as described. The beds were comfortable. The house was quick to respond with anything I needed. Let us leave a car there while we went to the game so we would only have to take one. I would definitely stay there again.

Worked for us for a last minute booking - it is very basic, but if you don't plan on being in the house much, it serves its purpose.

Great stay and convenient for a baseball weekend. Would definitely recommend for Royals or Chiefs games.

Great time! Close to a bar, restaurant, some boutiques and within 15 to KC or a couple lakes. Note, if you want the master bedroom to have a TV and ceiling fan....it does not but it stays very cool and a awesome craftsman drafting table. Couch has seen some abuse but clean so I totally get not replacing it.I could imagine if the upper unit was rented parking could be very tight.

First time to Independence. Very enjoyable. Great location for all Harry Truman sites

Nice quiet neighborhood that’s still relatively close to whatever may need such as stores, restaurants, etc.

Everything was easy, clean, and very spacious. The bed's were very comfortable as well.

Just before our stay, our friend fell and couldn't use her leg. Subsequently she found out her hip was cracked. If that did not happen this property would have been perfect with only a small step to get into it. Neither bathroom is wheelchair accessible which made our stay challenging. But the property is well maintained and very clean. I would totally rent this property again.

Drove from STL to see the Cardinals play the Royals with a friend that lives in KC. Super easy to get to stadium via Uber. Neighborhood and location very quiet.

Overall great communication booked here twice loved both times

The property was pretty much what we expected and overall very good. The communication was excellent. We had some issues we discovered along the way. There were just a few sheets of paper towels remaining on the roll and no extra rolls. There was trash left in the kitchen trash bin. There were no snacks, body wash, or lotion, even though these things were listed on the ad. When alerted, Damon brought these items to us, but they should have been there already. Damon said we could park in the driveway, but the next day another car was there. We just parked on the street. Finally, there was a smell of natural gas from the stove. A maintenance worker came over to inspect it and said it was normal. But I've never heard of a gas smell being considered normal.

It was perfect, beds are comfy, fans are awesome, everything is close by! Communication is untouched!

Decent place to stay. Communication was great and owner very nice. I wouldn’t say this was the fanciest of places but it was nice for the price and we expected as much!

We had plenty of room to space out and relax in our own parts of the house. Could be used for extended or short stays.
