The space
Located just two blocks south of University Avenue, Hillcrest's main drag, this home is within walking distance of restaurantsand cafés, yet tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac. Originally built in 1905, the property was converted into a medical office in 1979 by the owner’s father, a dermatologist. After his retirement, the family lovingly renovated the space to return it to its original use as a residence.

The entire second story of the home is reserved exclusively for guests, offering a spacious and private retreat filled with character. Sunlight streams through the windows, illuminating the home’s many vintage details — from the original retro pink tile bathroom to the beautifully preserved wallpaper that adds a nostalgic touch of personality and charm.
