Fully equipped house for 8 people with new furniture.     The location and terrace of this place were great, but it could use some attention and care. The beds need to be replaced, and the sheets and towels should be refreshed. There’s also a moldy odor in the house, and the bathroom ceiling has mold growth with peeling drywall. With some TLC, this place could be perfect, especially given its close proximity to everything. Also, the heater is managed by the management, so you need to ask them to turn it on as it can't be controlled from the flat. One thing to note is that there’s no elevator, and the flat is on the 3rd floor. Luckily, our family packs light, but even with carry-ons, that flight of stairs is a lot. However, the host is super helpful in every way.

    Beds were comfy, place is older but clean. Washing machine was musty so we ran an empty cycle before washing our clothes. The master bedroom bathroom was pretty with a very nice shower. The terrace however made the place with a table and chairs and sectional couch with plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful place for meals and wine/cheese/crackers in the evening.

    Sadly, this is probably the worst vacation home stay I've ever experienced. The place is not very well kept up. The photos make it look much nicer than it actually is. t's a 3rd floor (actually 4th) walk-up with no lights on the first floor stairs. The parking next door as advertised is over a block away and difficult to find. It's old and dated. There are old sheets covering most of the furniture. IThe AC units in each room are loud. The washer took over 2 hours to wash a single load, and there is no clothes dryer as advertised; they provide clothespins and a drying line in the middle of a courtyard that is accessed from the bathroom window. (God forbid if any clothes fell off – you'd never see them again.) The patio/balcony was filthy and very noisy to the street below. The wallpaper in the master bedroom is falling off; the baseboards were gross and exposed to pipes. There is no grill as advertised. The pillows were really hard; the beds were foam mattresses and uncomfortable. The bed covers looked like they were from the 1970s. The Welcome booklet provided by the owner is falling apart and wasn't very welcoming'; it's a cheap, simple spiral bound folder that could be easily, and inexpensively, replaced with something much nicer. I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone.

    The apartment is very well located within walking distance to Alhambra, the old town and lots of shops and restaurants. The terrace is very spacious and nice to use on not very hot days. One thing I should note is that the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator, so a bit of exercise carrying the luggage up three flights of stairs. Fran was a great host, thank you!

    The property is a bit neglected ,the kettle was with a cable hanging out , that d have been fixed , not an expensive item , toilet seat cracked in the middle . Also it would be advisable that the property is on the 3rd floor , no lift .and finally on Saturday night we manage to get to sleep at about 1.30 as the people on the first level were having a very happy party even that they were notices of to keep quiet from 11 pm which it was totally ignored

    Perfect apartment for my husband and I with our 2 adult sons. Having the outside space was such a bonus also the 2 full bathrooms was ideal. The location is also great for visiting all the attractions and finding plenty of places to eat and drink.

    This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is just delightful. The highlight is the outdoor terrace where you can have breakfast, cocktails, dinner, or just simply hang out. It's also very conveniently located in the heart of the central city, literally a few blocks from the cathedral. Despite the proximity to everything, the apartment is very quiet, so it's easy to get a good night's sleep.

    The apartment is conveniently located by Sevilla Cathedral. Terrace is spacious and a nice place to relax after a long day. The apartment is very clean. Rosario is a wonderful host and very accommodating. She even arranged a taxi for my early train back to Madrid. I very much appreciated her hospitality.

    Exactly what we wanted in central Granada. Three bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our Granada visit, plus super convenient parking close to apartment. Owners were very patient with our late and chaotic arrival. A/C was great too!
