The hot tub was awesome, overall really enjoyed stay

the hot tub did not work properly. i called the day or 2 before checking in and was assured it was in working order. when we got there on friday night we tried the hot tub but it did not work properly. it was on, but it would not raise the temperature and the jets would not come on when the button was pushed. this problem was relayed to vacasa on friday night and we were told that someone from the management team would contact us. we did not get a call or text from anyone that night or all day saturday. we called back sunday and they said they would let the management team know again . but we still heard knothing. then monday when we were leaving vacasa said the management team said it was working prior to check in. this was not true. when we got there and removed the lid the board was flashing prr which we looked up and that is an error reading, meaning that the board was bad and would not read toe temp. of the water . and we are only be credited 170. i believe this is unacceptable.the reason for picking this place was the hot tub. half the rental was not useable.thanks

We loved the cabin and location. We only had two issues. In most of the email communications it referenced us needing a 6 digit code to get in the door that supposedly was provided in my check-in email. There was no such code provided. I reached out before arrival and they gave a code to a key box and we retrieved the key but it was a challenge to get it to work. Secondly, the hot tub water wouldn’t heat, even after we adjusted the temp to 100 degrees, so we couldn’t use it. Perhaps we didn’t do something correctly but there were no detailed instructions on how to use the control panel. Other than that we had a lovely time.

We never got check in instructions and had to call to get them. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hot tub was cold when we got there and we asked how to turn the heat on and they basically told us to google it or YouTube is help also. They had the basic cable channels and now way to watch movies on the tv. They had a DVD player so we went and bought a couple DVDs to work with what we had and the DVD player was broken. We would not recommend this place or any other cabins that Vacasa is the management of. We never was offered any kind of help with any of the issues we ran into. If I could put negative stars on it I would.

It was a beautiful cabin and lovely hot tub. Everything seemed pretty clean, but we did notice some mouse droppings in the kitchen where the pans/cooking utensils are stored. We didn't see the animal during our stay, but did leave out some cookies wrapped in foil that had been nibbled into on our last night staying there. We really loved staying there and would indeed go back, as the neighborhood was very nice and there was so much to do in the Blue Ridge area. It would also be nice to have wifi in the cabin, as the TV wouldn't work with the satellite dish, unless we used our own hotspot to connect to it, which most people probably don't have. Overall, very happy with our visit and will recommend to others!

I loved the rustic feel so much nice exposed wood and being tucked away almost felt like you were out there by yourself

The cabin was charming and well-appointed. Bed was very comfortable and cooking was easy in the kitchen. Appreciated having a hair dryer (I forgot mine) and the indoor hot tub was absolutely fabulous. Perfect place to unwind after a day of fly fishing.

Cabin was perfect, my wife specially loved the hot tub was inside, no freezing getting in or out!

This is the cabin really is the perfect getaway! So cozy and comfy.
