Situated in peaceful Tainui, our accommodation offers reasonably easy access to local beaches, the popular Dinosaur Park, and is not too far from cafe's supermarkets and eateries, the Dunedin Bowls Stadium and Chisolm Park Golf Club.

The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.

Parking is available onsite, though there are a couple of steps to enter onto the patio area and then into the house. Once inside, the property is all on one level.

Walk through the entry to find the main bedroom with ensuite immediately to your right and second bedroom to your left. Ahead, you will see access to the open plan living and (fully equipped) kitchen area with breakfast bar.

Further to the left, the hallway turns to access the third bedroom and also an additional bedroom. A cupboard in the hallway containing both washer and dryer ensures your laundry needs are catered for.

The living area features a small lounge are with huge flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. A bean bag can be moved from the bedroom for additional seating. Our kitchen is fully equipped to ensure all the comforts of home.

A heat pump in the living area heats this space, with an additional heater in each bedroom.

A recently added Nespresso machine ensure an extra comfort.

Handy to a public bus routes that heads into town (bus stop is 200m from the property).

    Good place to stay to drop your gear and sleep, not great to spend any length of time in. Good things:Generous bedroomsSuper easy and helpful communication with ownerWell heated (had to keep it on almost constantly though)New bathroomsGood location to navigate Dunedin on foot or by carFunctional Wifi Photographs wellBad things:Personal products left on the windowsill and under beds for us to find.Lamps for decoration as not all could reach the wall plugAll linen was tired, old and either stained or falling apart.Large staining on the lounge was not pretty.Kitchen is not functional, missing a bunch of utensils, no pantry, tiny fridge.No dining table or any tables to put things on. Yes you can eat at the breakfast bar, but only 4 at a time so boardgames are out of the question.Everything felt cheap, with no attention to detail for function.Nowhere to 'unpack' clothes, rickety wooden rail only holds one small bag, everything had to go on the floor.Curtains where damaged and falling down, not great when people can see right through the windows from the street.Super tight space in fence to pull into driveway, again, poor design. Kitchen floor is lumpy, possibly a trip hazard.Laundry 'cupboard' could seriously use a clean.
