Stayed May 22, 2025We can’t wait to stay here again! The big, beautiful windows overlooking Gay St were so fun to sit by and watch the busy streets. The decor, open floor plan, and comfy beds made us want to stay forever! Definitely booking again!

Stayed Mar 23, 2025My husband and I lived in Knoxville for several years, but moved away shortly after having our daughter. We decided to take a quick spring break trip to let our kids experience Knoxville. It was fabulous! First of all, the apartment is directly across Gay Street from Cruze Farm’s Downtown location. We had ice cream each night! While the beautiful, spacious kitchen in the loft is an absolute dream, we didn’t really use it. We walked to a new restaurant for each meal. Our kids loved that there were so many amazing food options close by. The only downside (which I absolutely expected) was the “downtown noise”. We could hear people talking loudly and racing their engines at night, but all of us were able to fall asleep and sleep soundly. If you are a light sleeper, I’d suggest some earplugs or a sound machine. Even with the noise, I highly recommend staying here! Such a fun experience for the whole family!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024In my opinion this property was not as described or photographed. It is not adequate for 6 people as stated in the details. When we first arrived there were no sheets for the pull out bed in the loft. The host was responsive and had housekeeping bring them by. But, there has possibly been a change in housekeeping from some of the previous reviews as the property was not what up to standards. Dirty sheets were left in the closet, there was dust EVERYWHERE. The master bathroom had dirty bathmats and mold in the shower. The soaps in both of the bathrooms were not refilled and the shower light did not work. The shades in the master did not raise and many of the shades in the large living room were broken. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was also broken. Like one other reviewer stated, this is a VERY noisy property. Street drag racing goes on all night from about 1 am for several hours. In addition, the AC rattles on and off very loudly every 20 minutes. It was very hard to sleep at all. I feel like this should be stated in the description of this property. In addition, the neighborhood was sketchy and you have to park your vehicle around the corner and walk. You may have to deal with homeless vagrants in the area. With that being said, the host was responsive to complaints and did offer to bring a fan for the master bedroom and a blow up mattress to accommodate. We did not take them up on this offer and vacated the property.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024We couldnt figure out the thermostat, so the bedrooms were warm, host was responsive. Laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and trashbags provided. Tons of towels! We couldnt figure out the dishwasher so we loaded it and put the pod in, ready for the cleaners. Wonderful place, absolutely beautiful.

Stayed Apr 29, 2024We have rented various flats, both in the US and abroad for over 40 years This penthouse ranks with our favorites. It would spasciously accomodate two couples+. And, the roof-top patio is an added bonus. The well thought-out floor plan (with the second floor mezzanine overlooking the main floor), allows for a bright snd airy atmosphere. Furniture and appliances were all very modern. The location was as central as it gets, alongside the Market Square. We didn't rent a vehicle: almost everything was within walking distance, and the free trolleys covered the rest. Knoxville is a gem of a city, and we had the best home from which to visit it.
