This charming duplex of 50 m² has been completely renovated. It is located on the 3rd and last floor of a residence with lift and secure private parking, asset far from negligible in a city where parking spaces are very coveted.
Very quiet and bright, with windows overlooking courtyard.

It is very comfortable and functional, it feels like a cocoon.
All facilities are: fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washer dryer.
A living room withHD TV and internet (wifi), sofa bed leather comfort bed in 160, a room upstairs with bed 160 with quality bedding. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Offices. Separate WC.

This apartment is ideal for two, but can accommodate four people (maximum), with the sofa bed, but probably a little narrow at 4 for meals: there is no kitchen table, just a tablet with 3 bar stools, as an extension of the kitchen. If necessary, a camping table for 4 is available.

The apartment is very well located in the center of Quimper, in a popular area, opposite the Cornouaille theater, 1 minute walk from the pedestrian center.
Once your car is parked in its dedicated place, you can do everything on foot: shopping, restaurant, visits, cinema, theater, etc.

We stayed at the apartment for a few nights for a holiday break in the charming and beautiful town of Quimper. The accommodation was just as described and shown on the website and was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and all bed linen and towels were supplied. Communication with the owner was always extremely pleasant and speedy and the check-in and out process was very simple. All in all, we had a tremendous stay and would recommend this apartment for a couple without hesitation.
