Stayed Aug 7, 2023Great location and very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening! Well equipped and a short walk to restaurants, attractions, and beautiful old town. The location is perfect! On the fourth floor so quiet and a parking spot is included. The host/owner is extremely nice, available, and ready to give help and information. He made our stay easy and comfortable. Would definitively recommend this apartment and we would love to come back. Really happy with our stay! Merci infiniment Nikolas!

Stayed Oct 17, 2022My wife and I spent 4 days here, lovely area, 3 min walk to the Metro. Walking distance to l’île de Nantes, communication was great with owners. Nothing to complain about. Merci beacoup Nicolas et Lydie.
