The apartment is fantastic - bright and airy and very comfortable for us. You have a fully stocked kitchen with all the basics, a large bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a good size living room. Genevieve and Alain are wonderful hosts and are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful and they live in the flat upstairs so they are available if you need anything. The only caveat I would give is a “heads up” if you have any knee or back issues or if you are tall, both the couch and bed are low to the ground so getting up is more challenging, but as long as you have strong legs (or a partner to help!) you’ll be fine. Also, a note for clarity, parking is an additional charge. Apparently the VRBO site doesn’t allow them to make that distinction clearly. Enjoy your stay here and have a great time walking around Toulouse!!

This apartment is the perfect place to stay in the lovely city of Toulouse... so perfect that we are already planning our return. Nice layout, well equipped, spotless and conveniently located to the train station and the city center. Genevieve is a very helpful host - very welcoming and responsive to inquiries. This light-filled apartment feels cozy, safe, and well designed. We could not have hoped for better. Thank you Genevieve!

We've just spent a great week in Toulouse. This is a lovely apartment tastefully furnished, and has everything you could need. Within easy walking distance to Matabiau Train Station, and perfect for sightseeing. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Alain and Genevieve.

We much enjoyed our short stay in this delightful apartment. Our hosts were charming, very helpful and informative. Loved the Café/ Bar Concorde too!

Alain and Genevieve are great hosts - available if needed (they live onsite), but not intrusive. It was a big help to us that they spoke excellent english, as our French is non-existent. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Shutter and window combination makes for very quiet and dark sleep (or light and airy at will). Daily morning fresh produce market just five minute walk away. The Basilica of St Sernin of Toulouse just another minute further. Gare de Toulouse Matabiau is an 8 minute max walk (with luggage). A beautiful little city, and September/October is the perfect time to visit.

My husband, teenage son and I spent four very comfortable nights here. It is a lovely, clean, modern flat within easy walking distance to Toulouse’s center. The beds were very comfy - even the fold out couch — and Genevieve and Alain were very friendly, helpful hosts. If we are fortunate enough to visit Toulouse again, we would happily stay here.

Great location, friendly hosts, and good weather made my stay in Toulouse a pleasure

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. The apartment location was perfect for exploring Toulouse. It is in a very quiet residential neighborhood-we felt safe all the time. It is walkable everywhere and very convenient to the train station. The apartment was very comfortable and had pretty much everything you needed for an easy stay. The only con would be the noise from surrounding apartments and the bathroom makes a sound like popcorn popping when the upstairs apartment is running water. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in Toulouse.

Difficult to find fault. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Very clean and simply furnished, but everything you need. Close to the train and bus stations and easy walking to the centre of the city. Alain and Geneviève were perfect hosts, helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again and would happily recommend their apartment.

After a short stroll from Toulouse Matibeau station, we were warmly welcomed by Alain and shown our apartment for the next four days. The apartment is neat, clean and compact with everything that is needed provided by Genevieve and Alain. Leave the car at home, everything is in walking distance. Don't forget to visit Albi, well worth the day trip.
