We stayed at this apartment for about a month. We were there for a retreat and totally loved it! The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated (with art made by the host), and very clean. It felt like home! It’s steps away from the canal du midi, multiple gardens, bakery, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s in a quiet and safe area of centrale Toulouse. The touristy Capitole area is about 25min walk or less if you take the bus. The host is prompt with communication and accommodating.

Like so many other guests, I cannot recommend this beautiful apartment highly enough.From the moment our hosts welcomed us so warmly, to our first glimpse of the bright, modern, and airy rooms, my partner and I felt instantly at home. The apartment is in a safe, friendly, and lively middle-class neighborhood, which added so much to our experience.The location was absolutely perfect for our month-long working vacation—an easy and pleasant walk to the city center, excellent public transportation, beautiful parks and green spaces, and those unforgettable canal walks.We loved every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation.

This apartment is just amazing! What majestic views. We watched sunset most days while eating dinner. The apartment is lived in, therefore everything works well , the kitchen the pantry, are stocked really well. Stephane is very kind and pleasant host, a great communicator, and remains very accessible to answer questions. His art decorates the walls and his artistic touch is clear throughout the apartment in choices of color, finishes, and furniture that are thoughtfully put together. We would definitely return again.

Very good apartment located along the canal. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a family of 5. Stephan was gracious and helpful, met us at the apartment and made sure everything was good. He spoke excellent English as well. Highly recommended. Apartment is on the 10th floor but there is a lift.

This is a wonderful apartment, furnished in an elegant modern style. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard, the bathroom is stylish. The beds were very comfortable. It really is the perfect location to explore this beautiful city. Situated on the 10th floor the views across the city are fabulous. Myself and my family had a fantastic stay and would have loved to stay longer. I highly recommend this apartment.

Clean, well equipped and comfortable, and in a good, central location for exploring Toulouse and the SW of France. Property owner was polite and responsive. Well recommended.
