Besides vacationers, the apartment is also used for visiting business people as it is very close to employers such as Texas Instruments, Apple, Q2, eBay, PayPal, GM Innovation Center, Electronic Arts, Oracle, Visa IT, VRBO (HomeAway), Amazon, and many, many more. Anderson Mill is just aort 15-20 minute drive (allow more time during rush hour & Austin special events) to Downtown Austin. Or one can take the Metro Rail, just 1 mile from The Meadows, to and from downtown. After a great day at F1, SXSW or ACL, relax & enjoy this s shpacious apartment with a lovely enclosed private outdoor Patio. The Living Room has a Wood Burning Fireplace, 46' Flat Screen Smart TV with free cable including HBO, Showtime & Cinemax channels & DVD player, comfy fold away Sofa and a Breakfast Bar with bar stools for hanging out & being part of the conversation. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed with an en-suite Bath having a tub & shower. The Second Bedroom has 2 full-size beds with access to the 2nd Bath with tub & shower from the hall.     The area is close to a few dining and shopping areas, within a 15min drive. It's convenient.The apartment is spacious and the host is helpful.

    We have stayed at this property for several years. The host is excellent, the office management team went out of their way to help make our stay very enjoyable. The weather this year wasn't the best, but we still made the most of our visit.

    The location was perfect for our stay, the place was a bit dirty, so I called Gary and he got everything cleaned up with professional cleaners the same day. He was great to work with and was always readily available and responsive.

    The condo was perfect! It was so clean and had a wonderful homey feel to it. The beds were so comfortable. You get a reserved parking spot that is a very quick walk to the condo. The pool area is nice and right outside of the condo. We were able to get in touch with Gary very easily and he was so friendly and helpful! He even checked in while we were there to make sure everything was good. The condo has so many extras to save you from packing those items including soap, shampoo and conditioner. If we ever went to Austin again I would definitely search for Gary’s listing first.

    We arrived at check-in time (3pm) but the apartment wasn't ready due to housekeeping scheduling issues. Gary answered our call immediately. We did some sightseeing for a couple hours awaiting Gary's call. When we got in we couldn't access the wifi. Again, Gary was immediately available and fixed the problem. Other than that, we were very pleased with the apartment: everything is new and clean, beds are comfortable. It was a quiet apartment complex, even during Austin's SXSW week mid-March.

    We stayed for three weeks due to home repairs. The location was very convenient and pleasant, and it was fun being a part of a vibrant community. Apartments are noisier than single family homes, but the neighbors stuck with designated quiet hours and were never a problem for us (we tried to be good neighbors also). The WiFi was good and my son was able to work from the included office area all three weeks. The kitchen and laundry were fine, and the beds were super comfy. The host was responsive and friendly.This apartment was a bright spot in a difficult situation.
