Sweet and Cozy Hilo Studio - New listing

Our recent stay at the Cozy Hilo Studio was 5 Star for every reason! Pleasant and Welcoming just as pictured however the surprise is the spacious covered lanai which overlooks a beautiful & private landscaped front yard. Super easy to connect with our Host. Large easy parking space is well lighted at night after returning from adventures in Hilo or viewing Kilauea Volcano. Nice size kitchenette & bathroom. Mattress & bedding were high quality. Lots of natural light. Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Jane's place lives up to its name. It was so cozy staying there. The place is well stocked. We appreciate her attention to detail. She was also really nice and gracious with offering us to relax at her lenai.

Quiet and beautiful property with intentional distance to downtown Hilo. Easy parking, easy access to quick drive to everything.

From the frogs at night to the location of the property, you’re close to things that you need (albeit you need a car) but it’s a gorgeous place and a very quaint studio. It was clean, spacious, and quiet. I fully appreciated the property manager and her welcome and warm personality.

This place was a find, a gem! I'm from Hilo, born and raised, moved to Maui in 92. Came home to visit family and show my partner where I'm from. This quant little studio was perfect. It has everything you need and more! Location was awesome, and nights were cool and breezy! Large covered patio around a garden setting with a table and chairs and a hammock, spent the mornings there enjoying coffee and the sunshine and the yard! Highly recommend this place! Jane is awesome to communicate with and even had banana bread for us upon arrival to the unit! Fresh anthurium bouquets in the unit as well! This is my go to place now when I visit Hilo my home! Very nice and clean studio. We felt right at home. Just as we we got comfortable it was already time to checkout. Definitely will come back to this studio next time we visit the Big Island.

Great accomodations, great location. For our brief stay in Hilo we couldn't have had a better experience. just wish we'd planned for more time on the big island. This Sweet & Cozy Studio was just what we needed. Central to all of our plans and adventures. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Jane's place is a beautiful home right in town but somehow totally secluded. She was there to greet us when we arrived and had great advice for getting the most out of the time we had here, and there was delicious homemade banana bread!

This was an amazing find! The unit was spotless and so comfortable with a nice bed, cute kitchenette and nice bathroom. If staying in Hilo for a few days, I recommend staying here. The hostess is so helpful and nice! Next time we are in Hilo, we’ll definitely be staying here again.
