Stayed Jun 9, 2025Check in ended up being 1.5 hours after what it was meant to be and we were only told 45 minutes before our check in time about the delay, there was no parking card available which was not conveyed to us until we rang to enquire where it was so had to pay for our own parking after driving around waiting for check in, the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and the walls were dirty, even had a foot print on the wall in the bedroom, a cup with unknown liquid in it was found on the windowsill, the dryer didn’t work so ended up taking a bag of wet clothes home with us, and as of writing this it has been 7 days since check out and our damage deposit has not entered our bank account. Apartment was nice and in a good location but poorly managed. Would not stay again

Stayed Jan 6, 2026Great location however floors were very dirty - walked in and got black feet pretty quickly. Additionally pots and pans etc were very old and looked like the stainless steel coat had pilled off making them not useable.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Unfortunately despite the staff having the best intentions, the stay ended up being very disappointing. I don’t think the price of the apartment at all reflects what you are actually getting. The intercom not working was a great inconvenience however turned into a logistical nightmare when needing to engage assistance from medical professionals in an emergency and going downstairs to let people in was not an option. A lot of little things that could have been improved have only had a couple of things addressed and it took over a month to look at the broken lights. It is simply too hard to get assistance timely on the phone lines which increased the frustration and I’m still waiting on a response to an email from three days ago when I left because they didn’t answer the phone
