Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place was perfect for the two of us and our dog. We loved how easy the walk to the beach was, and the pool table was a lot of fun! Very comfy bed, great parking, and very peaceful atmosphere.

Stayed May 4, 2021This place is great and the owners (who are next door) are friendly. We loved how clean and spacious the studio was and the amenities made it great for the kids. While the appliances are somewhat old, they worked perfectly and added a sort-of rustic charm to the place. The bed was super comfy and my youngest and I are now re-designing our own sleeping spaces at home. :)

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Very quiet neighborhood nice pet friendly property with beautiful snooker table. Was nice playing snooker after all these years been a long time since the last time I was able to do so. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something in the Florence area.

Stayed May 28, 2025My dog and I stayed for a little over a month and this cute little home was perfect for us. It had everything we could possibly need in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Stayed May 9, 2024Our 2nd visit to Surf Sounds. A nice and affordable place to stay. We bring our bikes for short 1-2 mile rides on the quiet neighborhood streets. The garage easily fits our car + bike + bike rack. Leslie the owner helped out quickly when the internet went down temporarily. We look forward to our 3rd stay in the future

Stayed Dec 24, 2023We stayed for 3 days after Christmas. It rained most of the time but we're from the PNW so know how to have fun while dodging raindrops. We were glad our small dog was invited to join us. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The hosts provided a huge binder with lots of useful info. Just be aware that the wifi signal was sometimes a bit weak so occasionally my friend and I had to take turns being online. We look forward to booking again :-)
