Superb location for this level 4 two bedroom apartment, swim between the flags just accross the roa

Am somewhat over the management rights situations in QLD where you spend top dollar for sparse amenities, thin towels, cheap toilet paper and empty cupboards, dead batteries, light bulbs out. Air con didn't work but luckily it wasn't above 30 degrees during our stay. No insect screens so couldn't leave sliders or windows open. Bathrooms needed a deep clean as the grout was mouldy and edges around marble floors / walls dirty. Apartment nice views but furnishings cheap and uncomfortable.

My family and i had a wonderful experience with Mantra Sirocco and G1 Holidays. Would highly recommend.

Location was excellent. Unit was a great size and very comfortable. The balcony was well used, with the glistening water and the ever passing stream of people always welcome. The check in/check out process was very convenient and easy.

Sirrocco is in a great location..close to everything. The apartment is spacious and clean. Being on the 4th floor, you can hear the noise from people in the pool but this did not worry us as we stayed outside of school holiday period. Previous reviews mentioned that the oven, cooktop, microwave and aircon did not work. They do in fact work, you need to switch on the power switch in the centre, located to the right of the stovetop. The switch for the microwave is inside the utilities cupboard. The air con can be turned on using the switch panel on the ceiling control panel. Hold the sticking out piece to stabilise whilst you press the power button. The 3rd aircon switch is on the ceiling in the main bedroom.once you work this out, easy peasy. The pool area is great, the pool is long and the spa is heated and large.

Great view and great location although the following items didn't work .. 1.Clothes Dryer ( was a rainy week ) 2. Dishwasher ...

We were very excited to arrive after viewing the pictures of the apartment. The check-in process was great. Unfortunately once we gained access that’s where things changed. The cleanliness of the apartment was terrible. Mould throughout the bathrooms and dirty couches made the stay inside the apartment feel very uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I was expecting much more. Simply not good enough. We had to buy sheets to put over the couches to cover the stains and the smell. We couldn’t use the bath because of the mould all around it. The showers weren’t much better. (Just a little cleaning tip for you. Bleach kills and removes mould). The fridge had a clear fluid all over the shelves and inside the doors. We didn’t even feel comfortable using it for our food. The television channels only worked for 20% of the time. I called G1 reception to find out the problem and was told a contractor was working on the problem. Obviously didn’t get fixed before our stay was over. Overall, I would not recommend staying there again.(Or at least not until the hygiene improves tenfold). I can’t fault the staff because they were very polite. The location was amazing.

Perfect location for beach, eating, shopping. Felt at home here. Will definitely come back and stay again
