We are located in Carlsbad Village, less then a block from the beach and the beach access, just a block from downtown Carlsbad. You can literally walk to local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station. The unit is in a twenty one unit garden low rise apartment complex, there are three buildings with a courtyard and swimming located in the center of the complex.

Stayed Oct 7, 2025This place has everything you need and the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants is our favorite part. Did not use the pool with the beach down the street but it looked clean. This is our second time staying in this unit and we will likely be back again in the future.

The place is close to the beach and the town of Carlsbad, great to walk everywhere. 11/10 would recommend. If we ever come back to the area we will be looking for this condo again.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025Property nicer than advertised. Never moved my car from the secured parking space and was able to walk the entire village.Wide assortment of ethnic restaurants. A short block and a half to the beach. Very nice private outdoor space. Would definetly stay again.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024Clean, comfortable apartment, had what we needed. The provided beach gear—wagon, chairs, umbrella —made our beach day comfortable. Outdoor shower helped minimize sand. There was some noise from the street but we still slept well.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024My Mom and my Aunt stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect and the place was clean and safe, which is important for 2 single ladies, traveling from another state. Lily was quick to respond as well to last minute questions upon check in and check out.
