Superb Location, Affordably Priced

Thank you for helping me on my first trip to KeyWest. The check in was tricky, but that was mostly my fault bc the instructions were in spam. The host was helpful once I reached out. I appreciate the individual being able to respond fast and was understanding.

Cozy and clean studio. Had all the basics. We were able to buy a few groceries and make breakfast and lunch for beach trips. This place is super close to everything. You can bike or cart around. We wore comfy shoes and walked everywhere. Health food store was good for smoothies but groceries were pricey. Pam was responsive to any questions and made good suggestions. The locals made good suggestions as well for food and sights. A/C worked fine for us as the temps outside ranged from mid 70s to low 80s. Would stay again in the future if we come back.

The room was clean and the location was perfect for all of our activities. The air conditioner was quiet and kept the room cool. Overall a great experience.

Perfect place in the perfect spot. For the two of us, this is exactly what we needed. You have a nice set up for everything you need. We fell in love with Key West this past trip and we plan on future visits strictly staying on weekends this place is available. Highly recommend :)

We loved this little unit tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Duval. It was walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed our stay.

The location of this property was amazing! We literally walked to everything in all directions. But the cost was exorbitant especially given small things like not being able to find light switches, control the tv volume, sit on the toilet without it moving, a bathroom door that was difficult to open and close, and lousy shower water pressure. While I would definitely stay on this street again, I would pick a different facility of which there were plenty to choose from.

Host was welc9ming and we had a great location.

This was our second visit to Key West. The location was perfect. We had our 2 year old Dachshund with us and it was perfect for us to have him there as well.

Great location to Duvall Street. Property was clean and tucked away in the back, off the street so wax also quiet.

Clean place, fully stocked with everything you need. Bed comfy. Pics online always look a little nicer, however it was convenient to Duval street and all the happenings. Would suggest something for the shower to help with water pressure, it's an island thing but could be better with some modifications. Overall we enjoyed our stay, location perfect if you want to walk your stay. Thank you

Great cottage style vacation rental within very reasonable walking distance to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The cottage was clean and well furnished with everything we needed for our vacation in Key West. The communications provided by the owner before our trip regarding recommendations and the check-in / checkout process was detailed, helpful and easy to follow. I'd recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean and affordable place to stay near Duval.

Nice cottage in great location. Very close to Duval (4 minutes or less). Close to restaurants (check out Old Towne Tavern. So good and super close. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the kitchen though we used it sparingly. Pam was a great host. Would stay again.

The location of this property was excellent. We could walk to everything. Since the cottage sits off the street, it was really quiet any time of day. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We feel compelled to be clear we did not check in nor stay in the property, so cannot speak to details there. Our trip was upended by extraordinary circumstances beyond anyone's control, and the owner was decent and reasonable at the end of the day about a very difficult situation for all involved. We look forward to visiting the area soon and hope we can support this owner with our booking again since she was so supportive of us.

This is the perfect location to enjoy all that Old Town Key West has to offer. We did a rental car road trip down the Keys from Miami, dropped the bags off at the VRBO in Key West and returned the rental at the airport. We stayed 5 days and did not miss having a car. In fact, it was much better not having to worry about parking or managing the traffic. We stayed in unit #1 which was off the street, nice and quiet. The amenities were great. Bed was comfortable, shower was good for tall people (I'm 6'3 and am shower challenged most places). The kitchen is well equipped. We prepared several meats with seafood purchased from the local market. The only challenge we had was the small table that was not suitable to seat two for a meal. There is a CVS just half a block away for basic needs, some food items, but do go to Fausto's Food Palace for fresh local seafood and provisions. The free Duval Loop bus stop is just two blocks away and an essential tool to explore. It's a quick ride up north to the harbor and the night life, or loop down south to Fort Zachary Taylor state pack for good beaches (bring water shoes, lots to shelly beaches) and stop off at the Hemingway Home and the Southern Most Point. It was a balmy 108 degrees when we were visiting, so the occasional a/c on the bus was most welcome. The a/c in the VRBO was also excellent. Sleeping was comfortable at 74 degrees, with the bedroom's fan on low. Overall a wonderful VRBO experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The setup and space were perfect, offering all the necessary amenities. The location in Key West was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The only suggestion for improvement would be to address the noise of the air conditioner unit in the bedroom; the unit in the kitchen was very quiet. Despite this, it was an ideal place and we would definitely stay there again.
