Stayed Jul 26, 2025This beautiful apartment boasts a fantastic view. Well equipped. Good to know: very close to the charming village centre and the beach, which is accessible at low tide via steep stairs directly next to the house. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are shorter, so only suitable for children. There are few storage facilities due to the layout of the apartment. We were a party of two and found this ideal. The landlady is very attentive and responds quickly. Highly recommended.

Stayed May 27, 2023Very nice and comfortable flat with a wonderful view over the bay. Nice beach. Village within walking distance with nice shops and restaurants.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022The location of this property is great - just a short walk to a brilliant beach where our children enjoyed a lot of wave jumping and body boarding. The apartment is very comfortable with good facilities and the kitchen is quite well equipped. The shower was complicated to work out (turn to 11pm and use the screen to switch on and off) and we did not realise on booking we would need to pay extra for electricity or towels and bed linen and put the linen on ourselves after a long journey. The pillows were not very comfortable so for those with back or neck issues I would recommend to bring your own. Also more it is on the top floor up two flights of steps. Perros Guirec is a lovely seaside town with nice shops and restaurants although you need to book restaurants in advance. There are also lots of stunning beaches nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much. Sabine, the host, was helpful on her response when we contacted her eg re where to take the rubbish and recycling. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Très belle location et de plus superbement équipée, avec une vue sur les sept iles inoubliable.Du fait de son accès par des escaliers une location à réserver aux personnes de bonne mobilité. Personnellement nous y retounerons avec un très grand plaisir.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969La vue est exceptionnelle, l'appartement est original et décoré avec goût et soin. On se sent aussi bien que chez soi. La propriétaire a dépassé l'équipement de base pour une location. Descente directement à la plage à marée basse, tout en étant à 2 pas des commerces. Bon site de chasse sous-marine dès la plage. Une connexion internet aurait était la cerise sur le gateau...

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Appartement magnifique, chaleureux, très personnalisé, la vue est splendide, par tout les temps il est très agréable, l'accès direct à la plage est très appréciable aussi, proche des commerces très animés, recommandé, même hors saison, très bien équipés, on se sent comme à la maison, beaucoup d'équipements et de jeux pour les enfants, propriétaire très disponible

L'APPARTEMENT EST TRES SOIGNE IL N'Y A PAS DE FAUTE DE GOUT, LA REPARTITION EST TRES BIEN FAITE AVEC UN COTE NUIT ET DE L'AUTRE CUISINE SALON. VOUS ETES LES PIEDS DANS L'EAU ET A 100M DES COMMERCES. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Top décoration, super équipement. On a adoré, les enfants et la famille aussi. La vue est extraordinaire (la plus belle de Perros) et les propriétaires sont très arrangeants !!
