Stayed Dec 26, 2025Just what we needed for our family of 3, a spacious apartment centrally located. Close to good restaurants, CBD and access to free buses. The pool and gym was an added bonus and the apartment was nice and clean. The host was also super friendly and helpful.

Stayed Dec 16, 2025We enjoyed a great stay and Krisadi was an excellent host. He met us early at the apartment which was greatly appreciated and gave us a number of helpful recommendations for places to go locally. The apartment was clean and spacious and very well equipped but I would have appreciated nicer bedding. Take ear plugs as the apartment is next to a busy road - they definitely helped. I’d recommend staying here when in Perth.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025Location was good, cleanliness was poor there was long black hairs all over both bathrooms, the patio furniture was filthy we spent ages cleaning it, the owner came and knocked on the door to clean an hour before check out and only one key for three adults

Stayed Aug 4, 2025Kris is great to deal with, property is not new but comfortable and clean. Off street secure parking, accessible with 2 lifts. Great location for Perth CBD easy to get to and lots within walking distance.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025This was perfect for our stay. The two seperate rooms and bathrooms was part of my wish list when looking for somewhere to stay with my adult son. Very convenient location, with nearby supermarkets for supplies and restaurants. Ideal spot to get around. The apartment was just as advertised. No issues with cleanliness or supplies. Kris was lovely to deal with and would absolutely stay here again if we come to Perth again.
