Extra-large, super comfy, 3 bed, 2 bath designer decorated in bohemian chic style, with pool, cabanas, BBQ, and the energetic South Congress neighborhood. Just a few blocks from downtown, and the convention center. You`ll be conveniently located steps from live music, restaurants, + shops.



We also have a newly renovated clubhouse includes a fitness center, a games room with free arcade games, Skee=Ball, and foosball and gathering space.



While we always take cleanliness very seriously, we understand the extra importance right now and are prioritizing and go above and beyond the best recommended Covid 19 sanitizing and disinfecting protocols.



We love to travel ourselves, and after spending countless nights in AirBnBs and hotels we know it can be kind of a crap shoot, so wanted to create a fun space that had the best of what we liked and avoid the stuff that we don`t like. A clean well maintained space in a great location.



Really comfortable mattresses and beds, high thread count soft sheets and towels, strong showers with rainfall shower heads, and lots of other little extras. Someplace fun, comfortable with the conveniences of home! Someplace that feels like the city your visiting and has more style than a generic hotel room.



This is a very large apartment, designed by Austin locals to be a fun comfy, sparkly home away from home right in the heart of everything. The apartment is well air-conditioned (it gets hot in Austin). Whether it`s nightlife, brunch or hike along the lake, it`s all right there. We`re located near a ton of great places in Austin and right in the middle of all the South Congress fun. There is easy free parking on-site and the apartment has easy access to S. Congress Ave. and the neighborhood and a few blocks from downtown and the convention center.



We want you to feel right at home in our place and our city. So if there`s anything we can do to prep for or help you out during your visit don`t hesitate to ask! There is always something amazing going on in Austin, and we`ll be happy to give you some great tips on live music, fantastic food, or the lowdown on what`s going down while you`re here. If you need some tips on where to find the best tacos, the best BBQ without a long wait, what bands are playing while you`re here, we got ya covered.



Our place sleeps large groups comfortably. We have 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a fold out queen couch, all with new Tempurpedic and memory foam mattresses, and 3 separate bedrooms. There is also 2 fold-flat futon couches, and queen size 21` air mattresses are available if you have a really big group and don`t want to be separated.



You`ll have a coffee maker and coffee for when you don`t feel like walking over to Jo`s for an iced latte. A Sonos sound system for when you need to hear more of that amazing band you were listening to last night. TVs all over the home with cable, HBO and Netflix, Hulu, etc. for when you any of you just want to stay in. A full kitchen if ya want to cook, and a large washer and dryer if you want clean clothes for the next stop.

The space is clean and bright and great for any celebration. New kitchen, bathrooms, and floors throughout. The master bathroom is very large and includes two showers, a tub, and double sinks which is useful if several people are trying to get ready at once. There are three showers total in this space for even more convenience.



Fyi, occasionally we have really low last-minute prices if we have a cancelation or something, so jump on those fast.



No one else lives here when we don`t have guests. The space is set up exclusively for you. You will have use of the entire space. We have an electronic smart lock with a keypad and your own code, so check-in is easy and whenever you want, and everyone in your party can come and go whenever they please. No need to manage or even carry keys.



I live very nearby so I can help with anything that may come up, and I`m happy to answer any questions or make recommendations on music, food, local tips, or anything else.



My team and I try to always be available to our guests whenever they might need or want anything. We have self-check-in, and everything already set for you, so there is no need to coordinate anything, just come on in whenever y`all are ready!



We are located in the lively and fun SoCo neighborhood, adjacent to Lady Bird Lake, and a few blocks from the heart of downtown and the convention

center.



Tons of great music, food, and shopping are easily walkable in the neighborhood out the front door, and downtown is right nearby. We have free parking. there are nearby rental cars, as well as rental bikes and scooters that are located on the premises. The majority of Austin is a short Lyft or Uber ride. There is also a very close bus stop that goes straight to the airport, as well as most everywhere else.
