Everything about our stay was perfect! Marti is an excellent host. My daughter and Ihad the best girls trip. We utilized the pool, stumpy's transportation and felt so safe the whole time. Thank you!!

The Geiko house exceeded our expectations, was extremely clean! We stayed in the studio part, which had plenty of room for my wife and myself. The bathroom was tight, but we managed, not a complaint! Loved the Keurig, didn't have to fool with filters and grinds! Pool was great only used it a few times, mostly at the beach, which we pretty much had to ourselves, that was really nice! I got to fish the bay as well as the ocean, I really liked that. Overall had a great time!

Marti and Rod are truly outstanding hosts. The property is exactly what they listed and more. Anything you need they have it there for you beach gear, kitchen cookware, linens and everything in between. The location is just awesome, 50 yards to the private area on the bay to watch beautiful sunrises and 200 yards to your private piece of beach on the gulf for breathtaking sunsets. This gem tucked away off of beach road is a slice of heaven. And I just can’t put into words how Marti and Rod are just amazing people and such a pleasure to visit with. Couldn’t wait to book for next year. Thank you Marti and Rod for the most relaxing enjoyable vacation we have had in a long time.

We stayed in the studio and it was perfect for the two of us. Marti and Rod are wonderful hosts. We were about 3 minutes from the beach. Had a wonderful time!

This property did not disappoint and neither did the owner. First of all let me say the property was as expected. I stayed in the small unit and it met my needs. The pool was right out the side door. Laundry facilities just steps away and super convenient. Owner provides detergent, etc…I did not have a vehicle and there is a shuttle service on the island. Both the Bay and the beach was a short walk. Beach chairs, coolers, towels are all at the property for your use. Don’t overpack, don’t overthink it. Everything you need is here. Grocery stores will even deliver. Now, as for the owner; Marti is absolutely amazing!! She communicates and gets back to you very quickly answering questions and providing information. She has a beautiful nature and welcoming spirit. She goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I have a friend in the area and Marti welcomed her in visiting and simple makes you feel at home. You will love this nice, quiet spot. I stayed here at the end of September, off season. It was perfect! Community was low-key, no hustle and bustle. Outdoor restaurants with live music. Just a wonderful lazy vacation which is exactly what I was looking for. I will return!

We couldn't ask for a better experience. Staying at Marti's place was just what we were looking for... Low key, A beach near by, a pool, and somewhere to unwind. The beach was absolutely beautiful. So private, at one point we were the only ones there. The house is located smack dab in the middle of a two minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute walk to the a private dock on Lemon bay. We had kayaks delivered right to the house, went out on the water and played with the manatees. Rented jet skis, took them out to the gulf and hung out with the dolphins. My boyfriend and I are gym rats which there was one of the most magical gyms (bay fit) near by that we went to daily. Grocery store a few minutes away for all your weekly essentials. Again, there isn't a thing to complain about when staying here... Marti will make this place feel like home and we can't wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gecko a house. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet Marti as she was away, but her communication and Guest Hosts were perfect. Red tide was an issue at the beach while we were visiting, but Marti has a great salt water pool and we spent our days enjoying the quiet and lounging at the pool instead. Location is awesome! A few minute walk to the beach, close to stores and to restaurants. We love to eat at small local places with a view of the water and we found a different one each night and had great meals.
