No need to leave the apartment in the morning to get a "real" coffee. There is a coffee machine and pods supplied for the guests use.
The main bedroom provides a queen size luxurious bed and pillows, office facilities with desk and chair, a large wardrobe area, TV and en-suite.
The second bedroom is your choice of sleeping arrangements. Either a comfy King with an extra sleep support mattress topper for extra comfort or 2 high quality single beds.
Each bedroom boasts floor to ceiling windows with balcony access to the breathtaking views.
The main bathroom has the added luxury of a full bath, shower and modern vanity. Guests are provided with Sheridan towels, organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
There is a large fold out sofa bed to sleep extra guests, with plenty of bedding and blankets.
The bright yellow occasional chair invites you to sit back and relax whilst surrounded by some homely, classy, and exquisite decor.
The space is simply stunning and caters for everyone’s needs and wants while having a very calming homely feel.

Please note we take extra precautions with photos and inventory list prior to each guest checking in. If items are missing or damaged a claim to be made.

・ Uber and Taxis are always just around the corner.

Things You Need to Know Before You Book:
- We require you to complete a Check in form which includes rental terms and conditions.
- We require a copy of your ID (front and back).
- We require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately.
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges per night per item used

The apartment has stunning views overlooking West End and beyond. It is so handy to train/bus/ferry, Woolworths Metro, heaps of cafes and restaurants. Southbank is literally on the doorstep and the CBD is a pleasant walk away. The apartment is the best appointed I have ever seen - everything you need to cook up a storm from cooking oil, herbs and spices, baking paper and glad wrap and even measuring spoons. Everything you need is right there. The welcome bottle of wine and chocolate was a lovely surprise. The beds are very comfy and both bathrooms are well appointed. The pool and gym were welcome extras. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others.
