Sunset Rock! Lake View!

The property was exactly as described and even exceeded my expectations. The time our family spent there was the perfect amount of space for the adults and kids. We would definitely use this host and the property again!

House was clean and well appointed, everything needed for a comfortable relaxing stay.

The house was perfect for us. Three levels and each bedroom having their own bathroom was exactly what was needed for three couples and four teenagers! We will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home; clean, tastefully decorated and well supplied. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each. The kitchen was also well stocked. 2 full pot coffee makers and 1 Keurig. High end countertops, hammered copper kitchen sink, beautiful ceiling lights & high ceilings. 2 separate living spaces, with game room. Hot tub & gas firepit on bottom deck. Washer and dryer convenient on main floor, with laundry detergent included.We had a couple of maintenance issues: 2 lamps in 1 bedroom didn't work but they replaced quickly. The first night, only half of the jets worked in the hot tub. Ethan responded the next day & said maintenance would fix that week. The next night, none of the jets worked. He returned & did something & all jets worked again. We had difficultly with the firepit staying lit. Ethan checked & advised that the button needs to be held longer for it to work. Maybe it was our error, although 3 different people made attempts. He sent a picture of it working for him. We didn't try again during our stay. The leather sofa and loveseat should be recliners but only 1 of the 3 actually recline and the straps inside the cushion are broken on the loveseat & the right side of sofa. It left a very sharp metal area that could cause injury. Another renter had also mentioned that in the past. Overall, great home!

The lake view was amazing! It's a little noisy outdoors with the traffic but it didn't take away from how wonderful the sunset from the outdoor space is. We had everything we needed and more.

Great space! So clean! We loved each bedroom having its own bathroom. Enjoyed the deck for sitting out and drinking coffee. Location close to lots of Branson activities.

The house was perfect and the location was great! We were able to get to all of the places we were hoping to within 10-15min including silver dollar city.

Beautiful, well kept home. Kitchen had everything you need. Was perfect for my family (ages 18 - 80). Easy access to all activities in Branson area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property! Everything that you needed was there to cook a meal for the family. Bedrooms were perfect with the king beds and all the bathrooms were wonderful. Enough room to have your own space or plenty for gatherings. The view was amazing! Thanks so much! We will repeat!!

Great stay!

We met in Branson for a reunion of old HS friends. We had four couples and the house was absolutely perfect. All the bedrooms were spacious and each was an en-suite. There was a beautiful view of the lake from the attached covered deck. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was convenient to all the attractions in Branson. The hot tub and fire table were an added bonus. Adam was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Beautiful views. Plenty of space (and bathrooms) for 10 women. Property manager was great with communication and last minute questions. Only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

This VRBO home was a great stay! I would highly recommend this home to others. The 5 bedrooms and 3 levels worked perfectly for our family. It was really nice that each level had it's on temperature control.The location of the home was great! Everything was 5-15 minutes away! So, it was easy to come and go as we wanted.The photos and the description of the house was stop on and the property manager was amazing in how response she and her team were.I don't expect we will return to Branson (too many other places to visit) but I would highly recommend this home for those who need the space.Great home and great location!

This home was perfect for us! Beautiful house with a beautiful view. Hot tub was nice. Close to everything in branson. We loved it!

We were in town for a concert at Thunder Ridge and then played golf for 3 days. The house was perfect and the views were amazing!

The cabin was perfect for our stay. Decorations were beautiful. The windows offered an amazing view! If we needed anything, a quick phone call or text made it happen.

Loved staying here ! Officially our favorite place to stay in Branson , perfect location so close to everything with great views of the lake , well decorated , perfectly accessible for our entire group , clean and well stocked , communication with property manager was excellent , will definitely be booking again !!!

We had 3 families share this house. It is exactly as pictured. Clean! Comfortable beds! So much for families to do. Owners were very communicative.

Beautiful place to stay, the views and the fun games downstairs! We even saw the branson belle steamboat on the lake from the house! Good location I felt, 14mins from SDC but you have outdoorsy viviews!

Great get together for a family with kids living in Pennsylvania and parents in Missouri and Texas. The house was perfect to house all 7 adults (one 13 yr old) and two kids under 3! We all had plenty of room and then together time as well. Plus a perfect lake backdrop!

Property is beautiful, house was spacious yet warm and inviting. More than enough space for everyone. Luxury bedding and furnishings.

Absolutely spectacular property has everything you could want and more , extremely clean and very comfortable layout , plenty of space for everyone to gather , couches and beds are very comfortable , when we arrived the lodge was decorated for Christmas and we felt like we were in a hallmark movie ! Which was so great for our family holiday getaway in Branson , everything was perfect can’t wait to stay again !!!

We had a fantastic stay with my wife and our folks. The house is very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very responsive when we had to reach out for a very normal and common issue. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs before and actually own one ourselves. This property avoids all the common mistakes. Lastly..the beds are ridiculously comfortable and everyone slept great the whole trip. Highly recommend!

Our extended family of 8, including grandparents and two children, had a great time in Branson! We went in October and the fall weather was so nice and the foliage was beautiful! The check in/check out process was easy! We enjoyed the game room, large island in the kitchen, and beautiful sunrise/sunset over Table Rock Lake! We were able to utilize the stackable washer/dryer while we stayed there. That meant less laundry when we got home! We also loved the decor style of the home and the clean/comfy beds! There were minor things that we noticed such as missing/blown lightbulbs in the bathrooms, ice maker not working, reclining part of loveseat broken, and the TV in double bed bedroom missing a remote so we had to manual turn on and adjust the volume… that took awhile to figure out so we Googled how to operate the toggle button. We just worked around those things as it did not interrupt our stay. I would recommend this home for your Branson vacation! I also recommend Top of the Rock and Flaming Margaritas at Branson Landing while you’re there!!

Beautiful view convenient to shops. We’re new to the area and it would have been nice to have a list of recommended restaurants and shops. The queen mattress in the bottom floor needs to be replaced because the left side has a huge sink hole. It is not comfortable to sleep on. Toaster and can opener doesn’t work .

Large house, excellent view. We had a party of 10, including kids, and everyone love this place!

Was great but would have liked more baby gates, the placement of the TV in the main room was hard to see from different locations. But than that we really enjoyed the home. Thank you
