Sunset Cliffs Studio located 4 houses in from the water

Great location; lovely sitting area; clean and quiet. Bed pillows need replacing and a few amenities would be nice such as a box of tissues, more than one drinking glass per stay (esp. since there are no dishwashing supplies), a paring knife (only plastic utensils and a few paper plates). Also note there is ambient light at night and the only way to get fresh air is to leave the door open.

Amazing stay. This was my very first solo trip from across the country, so this place now has a very special place in my heart! It is the perfect place for a solo traveler to stay in the heart of OB and Sunset Cliffs.

Good location , clean, comfortable bed. Outside patio was nice for relaxing.

One block from the ocean cliffs. Many local shops and restaurants. Unit is fully stocked with amenities. The private outdoor patio was excellent! Parking was always available. Very quiet.

Great stay!!! Small place, but just what we needed. There is a fridge, microwave and Keurig. You couldn't hope for a better location!!! Right across from the beach and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars.

I wish we could stay here longer.

Tom’s place was perfect for my girlfriend and I! You can’t beat the Sunset Cliffs location, even on one of the busiest weekends in San Diego. We were here during the 4th of July so we got to see fireworks all along the coast just a block away. Cliff views over the ocean never get old. There were no issues with parking either. The rental itself was the perfect size for the two of us and came with beach towels to use, bikes to ride, along with some beach chairs. Tom is also amazing, as we left a watch there and he offered to ship it back to us. Would love to stay here again!

My friend and I stayed here for a nice weekend away. We had the perfect location to get to where we wanted to go in San Diego, beautiful views and the vibes of the place were immaculate. Love the patio and plants. Will come back every year!

Great stay in an amazing location near the beach. Owner communicated well and the listing was as advertised. My girlfriend and I would definitely be interested in staying again. We had a great weeekend.

This is our favorite location in SD and the cottage is wonderful .

The cabin is very nice and comfortable but there is a lack of space if you are two people and you don’t have the use of the patio due to rain. Without kitchen space I wouldn’t consider staying here again for any period more than 3 or 4 days. The patio is lovely and I was able to use the bicycles. Location is fantastic.

Great little OB property. Blocks away from the cliffs, and only a few minutes by (the provided) bikes to downtown OB. The patio was super cute and relaxing. Was exactly what we had hoped for. Would definitely come back!

Peaceful relaxing stay. My husband and I enjoyed the patio. Great air conditioning was appreciated. The Sunset Cliffs and Pacific Ocean were less than a 5 minute walk from the abode. Tom was very responsive when we had questions.

Tom's studio was great. A couple hundred feet from sunset cliffs. The studio was super cozy but it worked well. Would be tough if anyone is a heavy packer though. AC worked well, auto patio lights were nice. Everything was great for privacy. Having one's own private patio to just hang outside was great. The washer/dryer is a nice perk. The shower takes a little bit to warm up but definitely gets hot. The bed is a nice king size, firm, not the coziest, but it gets the job done. Plenty of towels were available. I really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely do it again. Parking was a breeze

This little spot is perfect for you and your partner. It's in a great location. The room is cozy and it has everything you need. The bikes were perfect for a stroll along the beach. I definitely will book again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this cute little abode. The patio outside makes you feel like you’re in a little world of your own. A minute walk to an incredible set of cliffs that overlook the ocean. Will definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance. Top-notch host. !
