This cute studio at Mariner´s Cove is on the 3rd floor with ocean view. It was remodeled with love and passion in March 2023. You will find everything you need to enjoy your vacation here in New Smyrna Beach. The Beach and the 27th park (restrooms and showers) is right across the street, you can choose if you want to walk 300 steps across the street and turn right to the NO driving site of the beach or you can take your car and go to the left on the ramp and you can park on your favorit

Stayed Apr 24, 2026Condo was just as described. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Messaging with the host/hostess was very easy and they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay again. They also had a wagon for the beach chairs and umbrella which was great to use!

The condo was supplied with everything you could ever want for a perfect stay. It was super clean and convenient to everything. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on. We will definitely be back. Communication with the hosts, Melanie and Thor, was excellent, and they were great to work with. It was a perfect fit for my needs.

Stayed May 23, 2025We had a wonderful beach weekend and stay at Melanie and Thor’s VRBO property. Check in was seamless and we were provided with all the details we needed but whenever we had a question and sent them a message, we had an answer within 5 mins.The location is perfect - you walk across the street and you’re at the beach! They also provided everything we needed like beach towels, chairs, a cooler bag and even a wagon to make bringing it all so much easier. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Sunrise catch is very clean and cutely decorated in a nautical/beachy theme. The location just across the A1A is very convenient, a quick walk to the beach. The property itself is very clean and the pool water is sparkling. The property manager quickly answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this unit.
