Beautiful condo! Owners left a nice bag of goodies - thank you! Very nice, comfortable, spacious condo. Easy walk to town and the beach. We bought food and fixed breakfast each day and one dinner. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice patio. We enjoyed eating out there. We would stay there again. Highly recommend!

Great location right next to the beach, very spacious with good accommodations

We loved this place. Exactly as described, across the road from the main surfing beach. Tons to do nearby, everything was walkable from here. Unit was clean, well appointed and felt safe. Pool was lovely as well. Overall great stay and we would come again.

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for 5. Management was responsive when we needed a coffee pot replaced. I was happy to have the kettlebell and would suggest a lighter weight kettlebell as well as a yoga mat to round it out. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Amazing sunsets from the balcony.

As advertised, a beautiful, spacious condo with ocean views, 3 spacious bedrooms and all the amenities you could ask for. On the top floor, overlooking an awesome pool, it was both relaxing and peaceful. Just a short walk to the beach with activities, food, services and one of the best beaches a family could ask for. The complex is gated and private with a guard. It is in a location close to everything in town, however you are just far enough away that you can walk everywhere, but don't have the noise that would come from being in the heart of Tamarindo. We walked from the location to Langosta daily without any problem. Highly recommend this space for families, we have 3 children all who loved what the space had to offer. To top it off the property management, RPM, specifically Lola, was amazing and did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of and enjoyed every last minute of the vacation, from ideas to tours and general kindness.

We had a great stay at this three bedroom and two bath condo in Tamarindo. The location was perfect. Right across from the beach. Food places all around. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great! Not a negative thing to say about this wonderful place. We did two activities—kayaking and sunset catamaran. Both great!

The condo complex is in a really great location, in the heart of Tamarindo, right across from the beach, which was really amazing! The grounds and building are very well maintained and we felt very secure with our family during our stay. The condo we rented was well appointed but does need a very thorough cleaning. Well it was definitely surface clean, there is some attention needed for some deeper cleaning, replacement of towels, cleaning of kitchen items that maybe don’t get used very often, etc. We did really enjoy our stay and would recommend this location to others.

Enjoyed our stay. Unit is well stocked, but overall it is a bit dated and could use a little TLC. Having said that everything was very comfortable and location is really good. Enjoyed pool area and the quick walk to the beach. Balcony has a table bbq and couch which we used a lot. I would recommend staying here unless you want high end luxury. Price was good!

The condo unit was actually bigger than well I thought it would be based on pictures. The master bedroom is large with a large window overlooking the pool and a partial view of the ocean. The two guest bedrooms are well appointed. Both bathrooms met all our needs. The kitchen was a good size with all amenities supplied. We did have to go out and buy things that I thought should’ve been included; basics like salt and pepper and cooking oil, Are you location is top notch with a short walk to the ocean, grocery store, restaurants. The pool was large and often times revere few people in it which made it feel like your own. All in all the fantastic place to stay.

The condo was the perfect location for Tamarindo. Just minutes from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops. We also hit the gelato spot a couple times. We had a great time and there was plenty of space for all of us. We loved being able to enjoy our meals on the lovely balcony and the pool was super refreshing and clean.

Myself and my friends needed a quick getaway and this property was perfect for our needs. Easy walking distance to anything you want or need.

Besides the actual unit being extremely hard to find (building and units have strange numbering systems and no signs on building or at elevators) the place was lovely. Condo was great for us, had everything we needed, good views, quiet enough. Pool was very fun. Two minute walk outside gate to main drag and everything you need there, another minute or two to beach. Wonderful waves and water temp, best body surfing ever! We would definitely stay there again.

A lovely view of the water and terrific location. My family had a great time going to the beach and the great restaurants in Tamarindo. Nice flexible sleeping arrangement.

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo. Acrosd the street from the beach and easy walking to central Tamarindo. The property owners/management provided very nice welcome gifts and the accommodations were great. I highly recommend this unit.
