Stayed Jul 31, 2025•Sand in the sheets and all over the furniture.•Urine on the toilet seat and in the bathroom•Large vehicle parked in lot, had to park on the street•Used bar of soap in the bathroom•Soap scum all over shower•Human hair on the towels in the bathroom

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We stayed here for two nights with visiting family as a last minute decision. Apartment was clean and basic. No decorative touches but it served the purpose of close to the beach. Management company was very responsive to requests for information . Parking easy. Access easy.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024Good stay for the price and location. Stayed with a friend and our two teenage sons while in NJ for a hockey tournament and the space was perfect for what we needed. Toilet wasn't running properly but still usable, house could be better stocked with kitchen essentials and towels, and furniture was a bit rickety but otherwise a great location, fairly clean and a great value for what we paid.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024Rented for my Son’s bday and was very disappointed with the quality of the place overall. Ran down. Ok for teens to hang out to be close to the shore, but not good for family stay. Had multiple issues in the house with the quality of furniture. Dogs next door barked all night. A random man who looked to be a substance abuser banged on the door, and harassed us for 30 mins looking for the landlord. I can say, the host was very attentive and came over twice for concerns, which we were very appreciative of! However, the owners of the property need to do better!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Clean, newly updated. Great communication and an awesome balcony to chill out on. Could just use some more kitchenware and that missing toaster. Lol
