Sunny Midtown 2BD/BA Central Location!

When i first got there, the gate to enter was broken but they had it fixed by the next morning, so that was greatly appreciated. It is a very nice area, the street is a little narrow but luckily people are very aware and cautious.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Gated parking, property was well kept and clean. Minutes from downtown and bricktown. Would definitely book again next time we're in the area

Perfect location, walking distance to food, dessert, Church, museums, and shops! Loved our stay - well back for next OU game.

First timer here. Every step of the process went great. Love the feeling of safety that came with gated parking and entrance to the building. Beautiful old building. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were nice and plenty of hot water for all of us to shower off the adventures of the day. Loved our stay!

Very clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, bathrooms very nice, living room is very functional.

Great place felt very safe. Liked the covered parking lot for vehicles. Place was very clean. Close to restaurants and not far from Bricktown & Paycom center. We enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful, comfortable apartment in a cool old building in the coolest part of the city. What more could you want? GREAT restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, near downtown culture/entertainment/sports venues. Little touches like terry cloth bathrobes make the stay extra luxurious. The first place I try to book when headed to OKC.

This place was great for us this weekend. Two couples stayed here and it was perfect, fully stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable beds. Location was a quick/cheap uber ride downtown, cheaper than parking for sure. We could have walked to a few places but it was cold this weekend.

Host provided easy to understand Instructions. Everything was as they said it would be. We had everything we needed. Location was in a safe area that was convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping..

It was clean, area quiet, close to downtown attractions and the beds were comfortable.

Easy access to streetcars for transportation to downtown arena and restaurants.

Fun time with family in OKC. Wonderful weather and everything we did was within walking distance. From wonderful dining to Farmers Market, OKCMOA and fireworks! Will definitely use this property again. Convenient, safe, clean, beautiful, comfortable and quiet.

It was very clean and welcoming. Easy process, block away from various shops and close enough to the convention center to ride the e-scooters. Smooth process would stay again.

The accommodations were perfect for our two-night stay in Oklahoma City. The apartment was conveniently located in midtown and was well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Parking is available in a gated lot and access in and out of the building was easy to navigate. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

I picked this place because my mom likes old buildings. This is a nice, quiet location (except the wind was strong when we were there and you can definitely hear it through the windows but not the fault of anyone!). Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication regarding our check in but thankfully it was a nice day and the issue was resolved before dark. We went on an adventure to give time for the apartment to be cleaned. The instructions for getting the keys is interesting but I promise once you are there, it makes sense and it is easy to get in and out of the building after you see everything. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. It's also easy to walk to a lot of different things from here. I would recommend verifying your check in date with the host. Other than that, I would stay here again as it was a great value for our needs and the best part was having 2 full bathrooms.

Found this apartment while searching for a place to stay that was close to an event we were going to attend in the area. This apartment was great for what we needed. Check in was easy, as well as check out. Quiet building inside. The only slight draw back we experienced would be sirens multiple times each of the two nights of our stay. I don’t know if there might be a fire station nearby? First night sirens went off at least three times and twice the second night. This would not be a deal breaker for me staying here again because everything else was great. Just know if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. However, that also seems to be fairly normal when staying in a downtown area.

This property is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is great, several eateries within a few steps. We had a great stay, really enjoyed the condo. The bed was very comfortable, bedding and bath linens were very nice. We would recommend this property highly!

Property is centrally located to downtown, & has immediate access to interstate highways. Comfort for guests is evident in the choice of furniture & beds. Most comfortable VRBO we've stayed in! Host also supplied snacks & water which was a very welcoming touch. A 5 star property for anyone traveling to the OKC area!!

We visited OKC for two nights and enjoyed the walkability of a few restaurants and a coffee shop (Not Your Average Joe) and Halls Pizza. It felt safe and quiet at the location, and we loved the coziness is the property. We were on the go for most of the day, but were able to relax and unwind in the evenings. Loved the history of the property as well.

We came with friends to see the Flaming Lips 40th Anniversary show in OKC. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We could not have been happier. The parking and access is somewhat complicated but it all worked. We will definitely stay again!

We wanted a quick getaway for the wekeend and this apartment was absolutely amazing. The lobby was so cute and the parking and location felt so safe with all the keys and codes. The communication with the owner was very clear and effective. Definitely would stay here again
