Stayed May 31, 2024I was very happily surprised by this spacious studio apartment. It is very confortable and has beautmiful views from every window. I loved the balcony and the views of the stars at nice. It is in close proximity to Zion Park. We will be returning and we will be staying here again.

Stayed May 16, 2022A short 30 ride to Zion NP. Very clean, with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Several dining locations near by. Davis Farmer’s Market about a half mile away ( great prices ). Davis Farmer’s Market prices are comparable to Walmarts which was about 6 miles away. Balcony patio was nice, offering us a cool place to enjoy the La Verkin nights.

Stayed Sep 13, 2025Loved this place! Spacious, clean and comfortable, exactly as described. It was nice having two separate sinks in the bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet. The hosts were very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Only about a 25 min drive to Springdale. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very clean and comfortable with all the needed amenties. The property is beautiful, as well, with grape vines, fruit trees, etc.And last but not least, the hosts are amazing! Super friendly and accomadating to whatever needs we had.Book this with confidence!

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Nice quiet area very close to many parks and outdoor activities. HUGE living space with everything you need. Owners in the property were very quiet and to themselves. Though we did manage to run into them. And as a parting gift, they have us zucchinis the size of my lower leg, right from their garden. They were spectacular! Will definitely pick this home again.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025We loved our stay here. The studio was spacious with lots of windows and natural light. It was quiet here both day and night. Zion National Park was close by where we spent several days hiking. The host was very accommodating and took care of any requests that we had. Overall a great place to come and relax!

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Janet was a great host, the space was huge! Plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Place was clean. Jan was there for help when we needed her. Only small complaint was slow WiFi in the evening which could be beyond Jana control. Other than that great stay!
