SUNNY ISLES CONDO-RESORT (PARKING INCLUDED)

1. master bed rood small refrigerator out of order - under the floor entire area water: I cleaned it and texted to owner. next day handy man came to property stayed and fixed it for 2 1/2 hours. 2. we have 4 set of bathrooms towels-it was not enough to use it with boy and 4 nights 5 days. I requested to property owner then brought 2 small towels only and one beach towel. 3. Kitchen cooking pots and pans is poor quality. And not enough cooking utensils, only 2 pods dishwasher soaps, one little small roll of paper towel. 4. Font desk not professional manner to check in. Very difficulty to find out parking lot and opened gate.

We are so happy we found this place! We will definitely go again and recommend to friends!

The unit itself was nice, pool area was very nice. The building itself needs some attention. Convenient access to the beach.

The unit was as pictured andComfortable. However, we were not told there was construction going on outside the units, automatic difficult to sit on the deck. Also, the ice machine and the refrigerator did not work. No did the TV in the main area. Neither one was a big deal cause we were only there for two nights, but would’ve been problematic if we had a longer stay. Easy to check in and out and a convenient location to shopping and dining.

Very clean unit in an older building. Great stay for the price.

The overall condominium building was great. Nice pool, plenty of lounge chairs, close to beach (where you can rent a lounge chair for 10 a day!). The property was a bit dirty and had some minor repairs and cleaning that could be done. I’m giving the owner grace as we were there in the middle of college spring break so I assumed they didn’t think it was worth repairing if the next group would trash it. We did not however and enjoyed our stay. Because the items that were broken really didn’t affect our stay, I didn’t push the matter. Nice place, would stay again.

Communication was great and place was clean and in a nice location. Beach was close and the pool was warm.

We stayed at this condo for 2 nights before leaving on our cruise. It was a great stay, easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean but needs some upgrades and a few things fixed. But overall it was okay. Probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed in.

Great value , updated apartment . Great location . Everything went great.

Host was quick with responses and clear with instructions. Property staff was friendly from the start. The property was clean and well equipped with everything you need. No issues at all during our stay. Will definitely keep this on my list for the next time we are in the area.
