Enjoy a private terrace in the heart of Málaga, very close to the Cervantes Theatre and just a 300-meter walk from Picasso’s Birthplace Museum, in the lively Plaza de la Merced. This charming duplex apartment is the perfect starting point for discovering the monuments, museums, restaurants, and most iconic corners of the historic center on foot.

Features:Bright duplex apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed, dining table, and small balcony overlooking the street. From the living room, a spiral staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed, which opens onto a quiet private terrace exclusively for the apartment—ideal for enjoying the sun and Málaga’s excellent climate. The terrace, which is not shared with other residents, also has an outdoor shower.

The kitchen has everything you need: toaster, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and kettle. The living room has a Smart TV.

The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning, iron, washing machine, and hairdryer. Upon request, we can provide a high chair and travel cot/playpen for a baby, as well as a bed and feeding bowl for pets.

Location: Exceptionally located in the historic center, all the main monuments and museums can be reached within a few minutes on foot. La Malagueta beach is just a 20-minute walk away along the Málaga Park promenade. Getting there from the airport, bus station, or train station by public transport is very easy.

Please note: Access to the bedroom and private terrace is via a metal spiral staircase visible in the photographs. For this reason, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and may be uncomfortable for some guests.

Pets: Dogs are welcome. Owners are responsible for their pet and any possible damage caused. A cleaning supplement of €20 per dog will be applied upon arrival. The house rules and the rules of the homeowners’ association must be respected.
