Sunny apartment with a balcony

Gorgeous sunset view from balcony!! Carlos is incredibly helpful, and unit was perfect with easy walking distance to tourist sites and also with metro access just a few feet away. Everything was clean and comfortable—highly recommend!!

Room was as listed, and it was indeed a sunny little place close to everything that we were interested in. Porto is the BEST and has so many things to offer. The room was clean, had plenty of towels although some bowls for cereal of some kind would have been appreciated. Wonderful apartment. Clean with everything needed for your stay. Check in with host was easy and he explains near by attractions to visit. Bakeries and restaurants near by with good choices. City center a short walk.Will rent again on my next visit to Porto.

Carlos has been very good with communication regarding any of our questions.He met us at the property on check in and sat with us to point out the sights in the city.The property has all you need and is very centrally located to walk to the sights. We were here at the beginning of September and so it was not super hot out. He does have a couple fans and the nice big balcony doors fo open. I would recommend his property for anyone looking to stay in Porto.

Wonderful studio apartment close to transit and easy cab ride to waterfront. Super communication with Carlos who made our stay very easy!

Carlos was a wonderful host and gave us a list of things to do and places to eat. All of his recommendations were excellent!! He told us how to take the metro from the airport which was easy! We loved the location for walking every where we wanted to go within 20 minutes. Do know it’s downhill everywhere we wanted to go which means it’s uphill back but we loved it! Markets are close and we had coffee every morning on the little deck. We would stay here again!!

Parking is an issue…free lot behind unit is always full. On street parking is free overnight but 2.40 per 2 hours. Did not try the parkade downthe street.

We had 3 wonderful nights in Porto. Carlos was very responsive and gave us lots of information about the city. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the downtown core of the city. Would recommend this place to stay.

Small property. Very clean. Good communication by property owner. Enjoyed Porto.

The unit smelled of mold. The shower was actually moldy on the floor because it leeks. The bed was okay. The unit is very small. The balcony is really not somewhere you would sit kinda dirty. Location was okay close to most things to walk to. We would not stay there again.

My husband & I had a great stay in this lovely apartment- perfect for a short getaway to this lovely city. A ten minute walk out of the centre, close to a supermarket & hosted excellently by Carlos I forgot my new necklace, purchased by from an artisan vendor. Carlos mailed it to me. Thank yiu!

Our host Carlos was very attentive to our needs. It is a comfortable apartment with a beautiful little balcony. It met our needs for a short stay.
