A genuine Bondi home, three minutes' walk from Icebergs.

This is a light-filled apartment in the quiet streets above Bondi Beach — close enough that you'll walk to the sand before your coffee cools, far enough back that you'll sleep soundly.

The space...

2 x bedrooms and 1 x bathroom, sleeping up to 4. The sun room off the living area is the spot everyone ends up in — morning light, somewhere to sit with a book while the rest of the house wakes up.

Theapartment is styled rather than furnished. There's original art throughout, a well resourced kitchen, and beds made up with cotton and linen sheets. Guests consistently tell us the beds are the most comfortable part of the stay.

What's honest about this place...

It's a real home, not a stripped-back rental. That's deliberate, and it's what most guests like about it — but it means you'll find personality rather than blank walls, and some of our things in the cupboards. If you want an anonymous serviced apartment, this isn't it.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay, with fresh linen and towels laid out ready.

The location...

- Icebergs Pool and the south end of Bondi Beach: 3 minutes on foot
- Coffee, bakeries and restaurants along Hall Street and Campbell Parade: 5–10 minutes
- Bondi to Coogee coastal walk: starts at the end of the street
- Bus to the CBD (333): 2 minutes' walk, roughly 30 - 45 minutes into town

Access and parking...

There's 2 hour free parking on the street. Outside of this, we can't provide any.


A note on the outdoor area..

The walkway outside the apartment is shared access to the stairs for other apartments in the building — it isn't private outdoor space, and we'd rather say so up front than have you arrive expecting a courtyard.
