Sun West Villa, Coyaba Combined - Sleeps 6 with Shared Pool and Caribbean View

What a beautiful oasis! This property has everything you could ask for and more! The owner is super helpful and will help set you up with all the adventures you desire. You’re just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to get some peace and quiet, but close enough to have easy access to beaches, restaurants, adventures, and more. This was a great location for our family.

We had a great experience with Greg and his place. The house is big, clean and the views are amazing. The location is super convenient and he gave us a lot of good recommendations for our trip.

June 2019 We were a group of 4 couples who stayed at Greg’s (Coyaba, Sun West Villas)in June. Greg could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The property is 2 buildings on the side of the hill facing Rodney Bay and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and views. The 2 buildings are close but still very private and both have easy access to the pool. One rental is a large house, very open and lovely that would accommodate a large family gathering. It is multi-level, has beautiful views of the bay, a large kitchen, living area and a beautiful deck view. It is very large. The other building is 3 separate units on 3 different levels. The top unit opens to the hillside and has 2 queen beds and private bathroom. Interior stairs from the top unit open to the middle unit but can be locked and separated. The middle unit has a kitchen, living and eating area with a lovely bay view and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The lowest unit has a kitchen, small living and bedroom/bathroom. This unit opens to a deck/gardens and is on the same level as the pool. Greg’s property is close to grocery shopping and restaurants, but you will need a car, which can be rented at several places off the main road, within ½ mile of the property. Greg was always available and helped us with directions and restaurant suggestions. He generously offered to provide us with an orientation of the island, but we were booked each day and were unable to take advantage his offer. He has lived on the island a long time and gave us some great tips. Our group stayed 3 nights at Greg’s and then boarded a charter catamaran in Rodney Bay. Greg graciously allowed us to store our luggage in one of the units while we went scuba diving on the last day of our time on St. Lucia. He essentially allowed us a “late check-out.” This property met all our needs and is a great value compared to many of the other large properties in the Rodney Bay area. There was plenty of parking to accommodate 4 or more vehicles.

Greg was an amazing host, offering to take me to the grocery store and shuttle me around the beautiful island. It was a quiet, comfortable villa with a beautiful view from the balcony! Greg is very easy to get along with and an amazing conversationalist. I’ll visit St Lucia again and stay with Greg in the near future!

We had a great time at Greg's place who was a superb host. From picking us up at the airport and providing with all the knowledge of the island and to dropping us off at the end Greg made us really welcome. Villa was everything that we wanted. A nice 20 mins stroll into town down the hill. Nice refreshing pool to cool off at at the end of the cricket each day. Greg was always around to answer any questions and provided us with a local phone throughout our stay. We had a great tour round the island with Greg and would highly recommend a stay here.

We recently stayed at Sun west villas for a holiday combined with a family 90th party for a relation who lives on the island, Upon arrival late at night the owner and architect of the very bespoke and lovely buildings Greg was there to meet us with a smiling face , he made us all feel at Home immediately, the villa was spacious and clean with a fantastic view over Rodney Bay to the left and Pigeon Island in the distance to the right . Our children stayed upstairs in self contained bedroom, small kitchen and shower room with toilet, whilst we stayed down the connecting stairs with 2 bedrooms , kitchen and dining area which leads to balcony overlooking beautiful views . The children spent most of there time whilst at the villa in the infinity pool overlooking tropical gardens . Our time in St Lucia was made all the more special because of Greg the owner who is such a lovely down to earth who is there to answer any questions or help with any problem like helping us push our jeep up a hill at 8 am in the morning to jumpstart the flat battery on the day we due to give it back ! Greg was warm and welcoming to every single one of our 10 family members who stayed, great sense of humour and very all round nice guy and a special place to have stayed ! Shame we had to come back to England and reality. We will be back soon ?

We recently took a short trip to St Lucia and stayed in the Combined Coyaba. It's in a wonderful area of St Lucia.... lots of restaurants, beaches, etc - all within a few minutes of the villa. Greg was a wonderful host. He showed us around and gave us all the tips on the northern part of the Island as well as suggesting must-see spots on the entire Island. Definitely go on the orientation.... It saved us time and gave us great options to pack it all in. The pool was wonderful, the view was great, and we were more than comfortable for our family of four! We would definitely recommend this villa to families wanting a comfortable home base when visiting St. Lucia.

This was our first vacation in St Lucia and Greg was tremendously helpful in guiding us so that we have a great time. He went out of his way on several occasions to lead/drive us to places as we weren't too familiar with the area. Great guy, very knowledgeable about the island, and all his recommendations were very well received and appreciated by everyone in our group, I cant thank him enough for his recommendations, his willingness to help, and for going above and beyond the norms of being a good host. The property itself was amazing and my only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The views from the villa are exactly as described in the property details, breathtaking, The living area is also as accurate as described in the property details and the best part about the property in my opinion was the pool. I would have loved to stay a few extra days just so that I can lay in the pool and enjoy the amazing views, it was very relaxing.

The property is a little too far away to comfortably walk to beaches, restaurants etc. but Greg is happy to offer shuttle service to local facilities. For travel beyond the Rodney Bay area a car would be desirable although taxi tours are available and reasonably priced. The Combined Coyoba was a perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Happy hour around the pool after a hard day at the beach was very enjoyable. We would certainly recommend SunWest Villa as a safe, clean and very pleasant place to stay in St Lucia.
