Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apt has a great location:just a walk from so many shops,restaurants and great beaches! Apt is as description tells: a cozy warm place with also some things to eat for the first breakfast!We had A great welcome from Claudine which explained us everything we need to know about St.François!The owner is very helpful with everything. I asked him a lot of infos before I went there and he always helped me. Once there, We had a little problem and he fixed it very quickly! This is a great location to stay to explore the beautiful island of Guadaloupe!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property is as described, it is very clean and well maintained! We spent two weeks at this property and it had everything we needed, this property is right behind the marina and close to the wonderful beaches that are in the area. The shops including bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy and places to eat are all with in a 2-5 minute walk, making this property very central! There are several swimming pools in the complex that are clean and well maintained and a real sun trap! The air conditioning works well and the wifi is fast. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating and a pleasure to do business with and we had a wonderful welcome hamper including fresh bread, milk, fruit and rum, which was very thoughtful but also very helpful to help settle you in, and there is a person on hand who is very knowledgable on the area and also very pleasant in assisting you with your stay!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and it's in a wonderful location, can't wait to visit again!!
