Stayed Feb 1, 2026Our stay was good overall. The apartment is very well located in Hoboken, close to the bus stop to New York, which made it very convenient for getting into the city. The basic amenities were good — there was hot water and the beds were comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. However, the entrance to the building could be improved. It is next to garbage bins that were full, which does not give a very nice first impression. Access to the apartment is also not very easy, as there are very narrow stairs and you have to climb two floors. What I liked least was the cleanliness. Both the building and the apartment appear to be older, and the cleaning could definitely be better.Aside from that, it is a cozy and quiet place to stay :)

Stayed Jan 17, 2026There is a coffee shop directly below which was very nice to warm up to since my stay was in January. Seemed to be a very walkable area although I did not walk around much since it had/was snowing by the time I got back from my tour of New York City and my shoes I brought did not have good traction for snow.(The forecast changed from when I left to when I arrived to my third stop here)

Stayed Feb 19, 2025Apt is on 3rd floor, not 2nd. Stairs are way too narrow. The apartment is no modern. It is a tight squeeze for 3 or 4 people, with one bathroom. It is convenient to Washington Street stores, Bagel shops, and restaurants. As is the problem throughout Hoboken, parking is an issue. Other than the above. the stay was pleasant and affordable.

Stayed Aug 17, 2023First off the apartment is in a great location. However, it is an older building on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow and steep. But because of the location we could walk to most places we were going and did not have to Uber or Lyft. The building itself is an old brownstone and has been updated over time very little. The place was big enough for 3of us although it could have held 4 or 5. There is one bathroom with great water pressure but the shower curtain kept trying to blow on us and stuck to us while showering. The bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms so it’s a good thing it was only my family who didn’t mind that. The cleanliness of the place was not great as the shelves had dust and some dust sticking to the walls. But we did enjoy coming back the place where there was air conditioning to relieve us from the humidity. Overall it was just ok. But when you stay in the older part of the city it’s hit and miss with the age and upkeep of the buildings. We had a great time anyway.

Stayed Dec 16, 2022The photos on the site make this apartment look like it is very updated and modern. It is not. It is old and a bit run down. It was advertised as a two bedroom, 1 bath but there was no explanation that the one bath was in one of the bedrooms. So the other guests had to walk through the main bedroom in order to access the bathroom. This proved to be a bit awkward in the middle of the night. The entry door key pad access got jammed on our return late in the evening and one of the rubber numbers popped out onto the step. It took some effort to get it pushed back in and working again. The sofa was so large that it blocked us from opening the door to the second bedroom. We moved it out of the way, but it then blocked the access to the main door to the apartment. Also, there were no carbon monoxide detectors or smoke detectors in the apartment, even though there was a small gas stove in the mini kitchen. This presented a real problem for my retired firefighter husband. The apartment was clean and in a good location but had we known any of the above issues we would not have rented it.

Stayed Aug 10, 2022I’ve been to NYC before but never stayed outside of the city. This location was perfect-away from the hustle and bustle from the city but easy enough to get there every day for sightseeing. But also, it’s one block away from Washington St in Hoboken. Make sure you spend time walking down. The unit itself served its purpose. The apartment was a little smaller than what we’re used to, however, this seems normal for the area. We didn’t have any issues with this. We had 5 people staying in the apartment and we had enough room. The only thing we noticed was that the apartment could have been a bit cleaner. This was by no means a dealbreaker. The owner was super responsive. I reached out to him late and he helped me out that same night. My interactions with him were all pleasant. Overall I would recommend this place. Once you have a handle on the transportation (bus stop is a block away or walk down Hoboken and catch the PATH) getting around is easy.

Stayed Jul 1, 2021Location, location, location. This property had the perfect location just minutes from the trains. It's one block off of Hoboken's strip Washington St. Tons of shops and restaurants. Parking was a breeze, the owner let me in on a little secret(which I confirmed with the parking authority). Minutes to NYC. This place was perfect for us as we were constantly on the go, all we really needed was a place to sleep and get cleaned up. I would stay here again. The only not so good thing is it could of been just a little cleaner, the people that stayed before us must of had a dog and the couch was covered in dog hair. If you are gonna be on the go and want to be in a great location then this is definitely the place for you.
