Summit Suite: Central JC Gem, Near NYC Attractions

Location was within a 15-20 minute walk to the PATH. It was easy to find and the off-street parking was a bonus. Quaint accomodations so if you just plan to sleep and stay out and about in the cities, it's perfect.

Host was great. Did not realize was basement apartment. Ceiling very low and only window in bathroom. Place was clean and bed comfortable. Path was at least 17 minute walk and neighborhood did not seem too safe for single woman my age, 61. Only one trash can in bathroom, need one in main area. No iron. Did appreciate fridge and microwave. Shower very clean and new. Would not accommodate a visit from my 6 foot 3 inch son as ceilings very low, I’m 5 ft, 5” and I could touch ceiling.

Host was very responsive and went the extra mile to provide a few snacks and extra water! Place was clean, would definitely consider coming back next time!

Our stay was wonderful! Victoria was very responsive and friendly both before and during our visit. The space was cozy and conveniently located not too far from EWR, downtown Jersey and nearby attractions. Since it’s a lower-level unit, we did come across a few critters, but overall the place was well-equipped with everything we needed—from a full-length mirror to an Amazon TV, internet, and a steamer. I’d recommend this spot for a quick and comfortable trip!

Lovely rental! Perfect area for getting to the train and to restaurants. Hosts were super helpful and communicative. Dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus in this area. The unit was very clean and the little details made it a welcoming stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in JC! Convenient location to get to restaurants, stores, NJ transit, etc. It’s comfortable and neat and the hosts are friendly. Wi-Fi is pretty good and the TV is nice as well.

Everything about this place is just as it says in the listing. Close to downtown Jersey City, easy check in and the owners were very communicative. The only thing uncomfortable was the portable A/C. It didn’t really cool the unit sufficiently and the room was a little bit warm after a hot day. But we loved everything else.

My friend and I loved staying here. It was an oasis away from the bustle of the city. Easy to get to/from PATH at all hours of the day or night. In a good neighborhood--I always felt safe, and it is close to pretty much everything. I slept well, the bed was very comfortable, and we would absolutely stay here again. Loved the parking spot for my friend who drove over from rural NJ to stay for a long weekend. No complaints, this was a great place to stay!

Everything was great. The room was perfect for a two person stay and it was very modern and well kept. The location was very convenient for access to New York City. Having an included parking space was a great feature. The hosts were extremely responsive and really cared about your making your stay as perfect as possible. This will be the first place I check when going back to the area.

Nice spot in Jersey City! We came for a wedding that was in Brooklyn and had no issues being able to get to the PATH and quickly get in. Veronica was super responsive and gave plenty of instructions which was really nice! Would definitely recommend!

It’s perfect for a 2 person stay. Very easy to commute to by train/bus. Place was clean and the owner is very friendly and has good communication. Thank you!

The host was exceptionally friendly and informative. We were sent a welcome guide that gave a lot of detail, including a current photo of the front of the house. On Google Maps the street view is quite out of date so it was nice to have a current photo for the extra certainty

Victoria and Matt were fantastic hosts, they thought of everything we would need for our stay. We were grateful for the robes and the welcome basket. The apartment was clean and cozy and the area was quiet and felt safe. We drove in from out of town so we really appreciated the available parking spot. We stayed in NYC all day and this apartment was a short walk to the Path train. We would definitely stay here again.
